Also, there are altcoin projects that allow people to challenge each other and bet on popular online games like CS:GO or Dota, but so far they didn't accomplish any major success.
This is the kind of idea which may not work at this moment, but in some years who knows... I think strategy games are the best way to play PvP introducing gambling to it. I say that because these matches have many views on youtube and it's not something repetitive which relies only on luck, but rather in players' skills which amaze the public.
Besides the games you suggested I would add real time strategy games which I consider an upgrade since the old strategy table games like chess. This game genre community isn't so big, but it increases year by year and a gambling addition may turn things more interesting for a different public.

I came up with one more thing (in addition to my previous post) - we need to come up with some kind of team gambling, then due to the interaction of chances, the result of each game will be practically unpredictable and even a team of beginners will have chances against a team of professionals (or a team of strong AI bots).

Well...this was the answer I've been looking for. I refuse to believe nobody actually wants PvP gambling games, I mean the majority of the popular games these days are multiplayer, so why would it fail for gambling? That's what I've been wondering, but I guess the answer is cheating. Anyway, thanks it's given me the determination I need to continue Rpsbet.com/rpsbit.com, I've got so many ideas for development, it's just a matter of what ideas to implement first, or at all.

I think so too, most of us who like to play games enjoy games with others online via the internet and talk to friends. I mean most of the games are made for multiplayer which is much better for the developers also who don't have to invest so much time on stories, etc. As for gambling in PvP I think that there is a huge demand for it, as long as there is a strong anti cheating software in place. Most games online have cheater problems, so there is a need for constant development of anti cheating software.

This is the reason why pvp gambling platforms don't thrive as they can't sustain the interest of players. Maybe, at the start they can gain players as they can offer some bonuses. But as time goes by, players tend to move away and return to regular casinos. I don't think pvp games are sustainable unless the owner can come up with innovative rewards or bonuses that can keep their players in long term.
Truth be told pvp is not as popular as we tend to believe, obviously due to the pandemic most casinos are still closed but if you take the time to recollect any time in which you went to a physical casino you will remember that most of the games that are offered are of the type in which the player is playing against the casino, games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps and a very long list of games in which you are playing against the casino, and only a very small portion of the space in the casino is dedicated to pvp, and if there is no demand for those games then most casinos are not going to offer them.

PvP games are not popular because it's easy to cheat! So we can play chess for example, but if you are running some simulation program on a side and you are pulling AI moves how can I win? For other games, there are other cheats... why some people don't like crypto poker with just a few people sitting at tables, you never know is there some kind of collusion between players,  house players... but anyway poker is the game of chance in the end, and you can get good cards and rock them!

We had similar topics before, from time to time people ask about PvP games for crypto... here and there I see some tries, but nothing so special to keep my attention and make me want to play it a lot! We will have to wait for that!

In our country, we have this game of cards called lucky 9.

You can read the rules on this site about this game. I think this is the best suitable for PvP gambling and it has no house edge. It is a luck-based game but sometimes you can use your knowledge and skill to be able to make some bluffs that would scare the dealer, or if you are the dealer make a hit. A mobile game, Tongits Go have a lucky 9 game on it, and it is really fun to play.

I believe that cryptocurrencies can revolutionize PvP gambling and turn it into a big industry. In PvP gambling players play against other players and also bet against them. The most widespread and successful PvP gambling game is poker, but what other games do you know that work well in gambling? Before the Internet some people gathered in parks and played chess for money, but nowdays it's hard to play chess competitively on the internet due to the power of chess AI. Also, there are altcoin projects that allow people to challenge each other and bet on popular online games like CS:GO or Dota, but so far they didn't accomplish any major success.
So, what do you think the perfect PvP game for gambling should be?

When it comes to Player vs Player gambling the most common games were card games like Poker or like blackjack or maybe even coinflip and Rock paper scissors. But every game was mostly because of luck maybe on poker but sometimes if your lucky your going to win most of the time if you have good cards. I mean even in online casinos or physical casinos most of the game would be based on your luck because if the game can be a win because of the skills your always going to win if your good at it already and casinos would not allow it that because that would make them bankrupt.

I hardly find any PvP games ongoing (my bad as I couldn't try much harder) but yeah, stone, paper, scissors was my favorite one when I used to play at win22, and another one is XOXO game. I believe there are arcade and action games which must include crypto like TRX as it'll be a great alternative for a player to bet TRX while also having fun with his friends and play on his own where his win will depend on his own skills in the game. Games like Pubg and Topwars should be there with crypto as an option to bet.
Same here because I cannot find any games where I am competing against other players. Pubg you mentioned is actually impossible to corporate into player betting because there are ways to cheat the game and if someone is using hacks they are basically scamming the other player and later it would be the casino who would have to pay the player for their inability to maintain integrity for players.

Maybe games like LOL can be implemented and I am saying this because LOL tournaments are being held in leagues like LPL, LCK, LEC, etc and hence it should be possible for them to make it for solo player vs player game and somehow integrate with bitcoins.

I believe games like chess would be the best option for PvP games.
I also believe that it is the best PvP game or technically, anything that is only played by 2 player would be the best for this PvP games. Other PvP games that I can think of is Billiards, Snooker, NBA2K, Shogi, Go, and Checkers. I believe that there should be more of this kind of games in gambling.
billiards and the rest of the games that you offered can be played by more than two players but chess arent .
i think theres already chess with betting include but i forgot the link because it was shared by my fellow gamblers in the public chat long time ago .
what im looking for is billiard games with betting included because im addicted on this game more than chess and it can become verry addictive if played with money involved .

It's hard to say now, before I would have said that the future is online games. But we live in a world where almost everything is online already. Poker has no analogues yet. In general, I think that computer games with PvP modes in the future will probably squeeze out the classic PvP games. But it's hard to talk about it yet, we need to study statistics first.
I believe games like chess would be the best option for PvP games. There can be other games based on skill or luck and if I am not wrong there used to be a dice game on Primedice during its initial days where we were allowed to play against fellow players on the primedice platform and there was a small fees which was charged though, not sure about that though.

By the way this topic was started years ago but I am shocked no PvP games have been made yet, maybe because the house wants the player to lose money to them instead of other players but with the help of a small fees per bet there can be platforms who might offer these games.

Given that the emergence of neural networks and their widespread use have completely killed (I mean ordinary people and not professionals) the field of competitive games on the Internet like chess, then it is worth choosing games where randomness has the greatest impact on the result. Good games (and by the way, in parks, many people play them on a par with chess) are backgammon and dominoes. AI for these games also exists, but it does not have such an overwhelming advantage over humans, since a lot in these games depends on luck.

Samples of of pvp are only limited to flipcoins, certain type of roulettes, pvp blackjack and other certain games where you do play against another player.
As of today then its really hard to see something like this who had really able to progress out into this market in terms of PvP games it seems that people
arent really that interest or just due because of trust issues. People cant just easy know if they do legitimately playing against other player
or do fight with the house itself or same member.

I heard Betfury is planning to create a somewhat PVP type of game where players are able to find against each other for crypto, I haven't gone past this information unfortunately but if you were looking for cryptocurrency games where PVP is involved, Axie Infinity is a good example of such.

Not all gamers are eager to earn money but most of us do, as soon as it is integrated into the industry it may definitely fill in a niche in the gaming industry that could help bridge cryptocurrency enthusiasts and gamers, but I see poker games being the pioneer of this new niche.

Well I know this thread is almost discontinued on the conclusion that PvP gambling games may not be in demand but I've only just gone and built my own platform before reading this thread. I'm reluctant to give up though, even though there's noone really continuing to play after its release: rpsbet.com. I'd be grateful if anyone was to make a deposit (currently uses Paypal and in GBP £, although thinking of taking this crypto in the next few weeks), although I think the main takeaway from my failing efforts is that it needs to be more engaging.

Atm games aren't live - which means no latency problems, great...user's set up their games and wait for opponents to go against them. But how engaging/fun is that, especially when the pool of money doesn't get very high.

Also, all games are supposed to be skilled, so no card games where things are randomised. There's 5 games on there of which none are using any random-generated functions.

Since I don't want to give with this project, I'm thinking what's the next steps? Is it to create more engaging games, with better pools, provide more functionality, or simply give up 😂?
On Freebitcoin there is a parimutuel sportsbook where you can bet in BTCitcoin. It means odds are not fixed by a bookmaker but are the result of the amount of bets for each outcome. It's interesting because it allows to see what real gamblers think and bet for and moreover it provides odds you won't meet on "classical" bookies.

I believe playing cards games are most suitable for player vs player environments. Solitaire is not being played in real life (at least by my friends) but they are most famous computer games. This way many cards games could be derived/modified to suit player vs player environments.

I believe some improvements should be added into any type of games when it will be implemented for online users. This way I guess any game could be modified to suit for player vs player environments.
Yeah, cardgames are definitely the easiest way to design a decent pvp game. Too bad that the only game casino's offer is poker or some variant of poker.
I'd be interested in seeing some pvp betting opportunities with other card games, bridge for example, that one also has many different variations.

Well. Poker is one of the most known game card PVP in the gambling world. Because of this game many people lives change. Poker is one of the easiest to learn game but one of the most risky, addicting but high profit making game. You just need to know or to memorize tge card and be observant about the cards being shown time by time. I think poker is all I can say and offer because this game is only my card game thay is PVP. And in this game I can make sure that you will definitely earn but of course learn always to control yourself not just in this gme but all of gamblibg games. Make sure to have some self control and goals in playing. Do not be greedy and do not let yourself eaten by the game or the loss you somehow will make in the future.
