And advertising on tv also needs funds then it will spend a lot of money,

bitcoin for me don't need to advertise because bitcoin for now is already a popular digital currency even other alt-coin the ICO projects make there own move to promote there ICO projects.
I also agree that bitcoin is already popular in these time due to it's market value that's so high. There's no need to advertise bitcoin, it is depend then on private individual who own huge amount of bitcoin to advertise for there own bitcoin business.

I think advise Bitcoin on TV can make people use bitcoin and its price will be higher but Bitcoin is owned by no one, no one will take responsibility of making advertisements on TV unless they have an online bussiness that accept Bitcoin (or Bitcoin based sercives) so that when they advertise their bussiness, they are also advertising Bitcoin

I don't see it will be effective. Remember that no matter what things to be advertised in televions, if people are not interested then they will ignored it. There are people who aware what bitcoin especially regarding it's price but still not interested. Those aware for bitcoin term are like that so how much more complicated to the people who didn't encountered yet the term bitcoin. Advertisement on TV is good but the effect will depend on people's response. On the other hand, there are people who are curious about bitcoin and they are the one who learn what is this all about by themselves.
Good thing, there are already crypto advertisement I saw on Youtube about cryptocurrencies. The ads that will played before you can stream the video you want. Anyone else saw the ads on YT?

If we advertise bitcoin on television, it will spread bitcoin more widely and expand the market. But besides, there are also bad effects. We are not sure that the market will be uniform and stable.The bad guys will take advantage and attack the bitcoin carrier.

Of course if you promote bitcoin on tv ,bitcoin popularity would boost in your place but we arent sure if they will adapt to it and use it. And I think no one will only promote bitcoin with out their sites ,No one will spend a money in a thing they could not be helped , I think exchange sites can have the possibility of promoting their site and there for promote bitcoin too.
The first problem is why would someone spend their money to promote bitcoins since they won't have any personal interest.
Now if someone promotes his service they offer via bitcoins like if a poloniex sort of company starts to promote their service since that would promote bitcoins and they would also get some customers to their trading platform, this seems the only way to do it.

But most of the countries would not allow bitcoins to be advertised as they always ask the owner of the service/company they are showing on tv and here we can't get satoshi to show himself. I mean a service/asset whose owner is unknown won't be accepted by television managing team since they would consider it a ponzi and deny that.
Bitcoin is one of those things that's probably going to spread best through peoples words, TV ads are probably going to have to take a lot of time explaining a lot about bitcoin (as it's so complex) that it's going to cost too much, or be too confusing for people to understand. I just don't see a reason for this, or even the means in which it would happen as people wouldn't want to be paying for this within the bitcoin community. Unless theres someone here who's highly generous and is also insanely rich.
I can't see it working, people don't want to see something so complex advertised in a setting where things have to be simple and to the point. We should look for other means of advertising though so at least we're on the right path here.

Actually promote anything on tv is very effective but it need huge budgets to apply an advertisement on tv. We know that bitcoin is open source and the founder of bitcoin i mean satoshi nakamoto is anonym so who wanna pay huge budget to promote bitcoin into the tv with purposes bitcoin will more popular and attract for more users? I think it will possible if there's a company ads their bitcoin related products/services and they insert a little introduction about bitcoin by their advertisement
