Advertise bitcoin on TV? Seriously? bitcoin is a currency not a product or brand but it can be broadcasted in news not in an advertisement form. Bitcoin already gain its popularity and that can be consider progress.
Bitcoin gained popularity, but it is not spread in all over the world. To do spread this news we need media support. Only from this support, we can advertise about bitcoin in all over the world. But why it is not advertising in media means, our govt will not allow medias to do publicity for this Bitcoin because there is no income from this Bitcoin to govt.

If the advertisement adevertise bitcoin on TV I think bitcoin will become more popular in every country and those country not adapt or not accept bitcoin they decide to accept bitcoin because many country will adapt bitcoin. I think the bitcoin pricr will affetcbecause those people watching caught their attention because they will see the opportunity that gives bitcoin and those people search in online they see bitcoin is legit and they can earn really money and they invest and after that if they earn money they will teach them to relatives, friends or neighbor so the bitcoin price will increase more.
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? It's not a great idea and in fact, bitcoin would not advertise in television since they don't need it. Their market is big enough and they have succeed already in their market. In the other hand, advertisement in television would be worth it for merchants that accept bitcoin.
I guess media is there who are explaining bitcoins on T.V ,but the explaination is of very poor quality.On the other hand,They dont even explain where you can buy bitcoins or sell bitcoins.They only speculate about it as the price of bitcoins and the future price which is unnecessary to say as future is unpredictable.
TV is a working media for successful marketing.Ii bitcoin ads will be shown in TV , the people will know a cryptocurrency is alive. I think we may see some tv ads in near future from bitcoin related local services in few countries to promote their services.

Indeed, being advertise the bitcoin in television will be helpful on attracting more people to use bitcoin. However, it will cost expensive to advertise it. If bitcoin is being advertise it will become pupular and yet it will be legalize in many countries.Yes you are right however nothing is impossible for bitcoin users especially if she/he has a enough money. Since bitcoin has a high value now and if you have enough funds you could just use it to advertise bitcoin. Being popular would be helpul to attract more users.
Sure! It would make some impact on those who would wish to want to know more. Nevertheless, TV ads are very expensive unless some of the big players want to find a way to integrate it in their adverts. For example,a store after their advert showing something beneath the screen like "BITCOIN ACCEPTED" at the end of their advert.
Some of this little little flashes would make people want to know and dig more information about it. Even if I had been hearing about btc faintly before, seeing something like that would make me want to find out so I won't be left out uninformed.
Anyway, with the way some uninformed government of some countries are taking the whole btc thing legally, I am not sure it may fly.

Who is "we"? Herein lies the problem. There is no person or organization that will do that because nothing is in it for them / not cost effective. This is bitcoins biggest flaw.
Its actually considered by most to be its biggest strength, anyway there is no need to advertise bitcoin because it advertises itself.

This is what Im thining if bitcoin will advertise on the TV. The question is who will behind this thing. Maybe if there is company that run a business and their using bitcoin would this be fine. And, this is a big help to attracts more user into bitcoin. But before doing so, bitcoin should resolved the issues like delayed receiving of btc and etc.

This can help,but to be order to accommodate new users ,bitcoin needs to develop its service in accordance to its delay and transaction fees,more user ,more projects and investor may attract but bitcoin must be ready to a bulk transactions that are urgent.
