Yes, I agree with your opinion. Regarding copyright or trademark, at the beginning I said that they can make something similar but not imitate, namely by providing innovation to the game that will be made, thus making the game different from the uno game or even better than the uno game, so that many people will be interested in playing it.

It could be possible and it sounds attractive at first glance, but it would require a big investment in design and programming. Casinos would also need to adapt the mechanics of the game to make it lets skill dependent and turn it into a gambling experience.

My idea it would be something like randomized decks/card every time a players wants to play against the CPU or against each other, that could be similar enough to other card games like Poker.

Moba games like mobile legends have actually taken over the prime spot in pro gaming especially here in the south east asia. If there would be a platform where players can put in a wager when they play, it could make it more interesting. Dota 2 and LoL have their platforms but like you I have yet to see the same for mobile legends.

This type of e-sports is still managed by small organizer which makes them very risky and prone to match fixing. The grand prize of there tournaments is not that huge compared to other e-sports like Dota2 which gives 100k+ on just low tier tournament while mobile legends grand prize for SEA tournament is just close or smaller than that.

The organizer should level up there sponsors to make there game value increase so that sportsbook will add them to there book.

Acho que antes que os desenvolvedores do cassino descubram quais desses jogos que podem inspirar nostalgia pela juventude começarão a programá-lo, várias circunstâncias devem ser levadas em consideração. Acima de tudo, os jogadores não jogarão por muito tempo em tais jogos que conhecem desde a infância e já muitos tiveram tempo de se cansar. Também deve ser levado em consideração que o desenvolvimento de um análogo moderno de um jogo antigo pode ser bastante caro. E finalmente: os próprios jogadores, que jogavam na infância, cresceram, tornaram-se adultos e perderam o interesse por tais jogos. Portanto, não é lucrativo introduzir jogos que despertem pouco interesse e consumam muito dinheiro para o desenvolvimento.

This actually reminds me of the childhood days when we used to play this game on a hand mobile device version, the funniest of it all is that you could have arranged all the rings to the brim just to add the last one and the whole water got stirred and pullout the whole rings at the cause, it's actually full of fun and having this kind of game on the list of casino games will make gamblers enjoy the childhood days game and reminds them of the old memories just to add them up to the ones played on casinos gambling.
