Investors Continue to Flock to Bitcoin Despite Current Bearish Trend Even though the year 2018 has not been all that great for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, the demand for these new assets is not slowing down in the slightest.

I think it really depends to you. If you want to invest a high amoun to a certain cypto then you have to make sure that you choose the right crypto to invest and make sure that you have to research a good crpto.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.

So as it was said it depends on you and which amount to are ready to loose or how many money want to make. So I think if you have some free money you can use it. Like you`ve already said starting from $3k is good.

It's depending on how much money do you have? I think you only should invest 25 - 50% of your saving money to crypto, that's safe amount

There's no such thing as a "perfect amount" to invest but ofcourse, if you will invest huge amount of money, the tendency is that, you will earn bigger profit. And also, that is why investing during the market dips, is the best thing to do in order to invest bigger amount for less. But the bottomline is that, the amount of investment depends on the investor itself.

Its depend how much you want to take the risk, if you want to have a higher profit then the amount yyiu should invest is $500 above, but if you're not sure then $100 below is good start to invest. I suggest invest first at lower price if you just beginning in investing then everytime you invest little by little add some amount until you reach $500 and above to invest

You can start with any amount  of money.  There is no specific amount with which you can start with investment. Just have it in mind that the reward you will receive in the future time is the product of the amount  you invest in a project. You can invest in crypto

Any amount of entry will be considered enough and good if you are willing to lose it. This is for me a standard rule. If you don't want to risk your money then try not to. Only the amount which you don't think is not so important to you should be the effective value to start with. Besides beginners must not be so speedy about things as cryptocurrency investments is entirely different from banking. You need a lot of skill here.

As per my counts, it is perfect to enter with a store of 10 thousand dollars. At that point you can securely put resources into a few decent ICO for a few thousand dollars and it will acquire you from 10x to 50x six months. Whatever remains of the store is to put resources into some sort of long haul coins, for about multi year, this will present to you another 10x benefit.

I think, the more you to invest in cryptocurrency, the better. This is especially true now, when prices are reduced to a minimum and a powerful rise is expected soon. I am sure that the situation in the cryptocurrency market in August will change for the better and those who invest now, will be able to make a big profit in a short time.

At a start, you can make use of 5000$ to invest in cryptocurrency business. This is the right time to do so because the price of coins are low especially ETH. Making of the specific  amount above will make you to make big money in the future.

Methinks it is a good thing to invest for future purpose . Investment is a good way of making money if someone can do it. No one knows your worth financially, but I think I can make a good suggestion for you by telling you to invest not less than 10000$ .

I think that you need decide how much you will invest. We don't know your personal financial situation so we can't tell you how much to invest. It's depends how much knowledges about trading crypto you have. Kiss Kiss

The more investment - the more you can earn. But if you are a novice, I advise you not to invest a large amount of money to gain trading experience. When you make 10-20-30 transactions - you can increase the deposit

I think its depend on u. That good starting amount depends on your income and savings. However, I do not think anything less than $100 can give decent returns

Naming price to invest for new investors to me can be risky, investment is actually risky itself and the saying around has always be to invest what u can afford to lose. Investing all you have on a project is also a risk, whatever you plan to invest split it into your well researches projects just like every other investment strategy. If one fails others won't and your profit taking will be staggered

A good amount to invest is as much as investing is not a limit. if we want to invest enough with what we want, invest a little but get a lot of profit that is what we expect. if we invest big or a lot of course we will also get more profit that we get more and more.

Actually there is no standard benchmark value to start ICO investment, all depends on the ability of each individual in spending money to start investing. the first time I invested in ICO spent $ 1000.

You are right to say, you need to start investing in cryptocurrency with the money that is not sorry to lose. Since the beginning of any newcomer will fill yourself more than one bump. And if he immediately without training starts right and left spreading 1k 2k 3k 5k, I think to anything good it will not. This is purely my personal opinion, because he was in such a situation, now after a while I understand that it was necessary to do so and so, but the moment is gone and the capital also flew into the pipe. Why only protect your wallet is. And it also need to pay a lot of attention otherwise all your money will fly in an instant so quickly that you even have time to blink an eye. So here it's everyone's business, if you have trading experience, please who prevents you from investing from the start of 10K 20k 50k 100k. If you are a beginner start small.
