Look into he coin you want to invest in, evaluate the possible returns and invest whatever you can, no need to start big, you can go small and re invest your earnings.

The ideal amount for investment will vary from person to person. In my case, I started with around $400 in 2013, and added to that in 2014 by small amounts. But I got most of my coins from signature campaigns and bounties.

If you are just beginning this awesome business, better do not risk with a great sum if you are not sure which of the coins are the most profitable ones. Do not spend for the currency over 2 hundred.

if in my opinion if your capital a lot you will get much profit too. whereas if the issued capital is small it may take a long time to earn a high profit. so if you want to invest try saving some money first

The success of investment in crypto currency depends on the correct choice of digital money. It is important to use a profitable crypto currency, which will not lead you to losses. Depending on this, you can determine the choice of investment

There is no standard amount to invest, any amount is a good amount to invest so long as you chose your coins properly an wisely a little amount invested properly is worth more than a huge mount invested in worthless coins

I think three thousand dollars is not bad for the start.make new investments with your earnings and set up the scheme like that.
You think?
The amount that is invested is not what makes the coin high priced...it/'s the amount of people promoting the coin.Look at the Altcoins with a low price but with billions of coins, they have a high amount of people promoting it.

Invest an amount of money where you are confident even if you loose money or gained profits. What I mean about this is that you won't be regretting investing at the end if the result is bad.

i think there is nothing like a good amount to invest. it's not an investment you can control or oversee,
therefore, you should invest nothing but only amount you are willing to loose

If you are a newbie, you must not invest too much: you should better start with the sum that is not over 2 hundred. With experience, you can increase this sum. If you pick a good coin, the profit will be enough high.

I think that a lot depends on how much you can put. If you feel that you can not allow much, then do not invest a lot, because it's very easy to lose everything.

I think three thousand dollars is not bad for the start.make new investments with your earnings and set up the scheme like that.
it's critical to familiarise yourself with the mechanics of buying crypto and moving it around first with a relatively small sum, before moving on to larger dollar amounts.

I think this is a very exciting question. I think that the amount everyone can raise is different. and maybe it related to the potenial of this coin or this project

Frankly speaking there is no good or bad amount to invest. Amount of investment depends on your income, savings, target you want to achieve, time frame you want to invest for, etc. But I can tell invest only that amount of money that you can afford to lose.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.
It all depends on your level of interest. Can and $ 10 to indulge in Satoshi, so to speak test your skills. If it turns out you can increase the amount of investment.

depends on how willing you are to risk your own money. how long are you willing to invest? and what is the result you want to achieve? but I would advise you to invest an amount that you are not afraid to lose.

I think it depends on the project, but you should invest as much as you can afford to risk, crypto world is closely linked with risks so keep it in mind.
