I am not holding these coins but I have heard that VeChain is distributing VeChainThor tokens for holding and also ICON give 7% yearly profit, but I do not know how many coins you have to hold in your wallet.
After participating in the Bounty company, I gathered a certain number of no icons on gbx. I hope that I understand you correctly. And you need to study the information on dividends. Thank you very much.
You participated in ICON bounty campaign? When it happened.  Wink.
Those who have earned such valuable tokens in the past thanks to bounty campaigns, is very lucky. My all earned bounty tokens are simpyl dead Cheesy.
Of course, earning tokens on a bounty campaign is much better than buying coins on the stock exchange or investing money during an ico company. Nevertheless, today the market is in very poor condition and you can buy coins at very low prices.
It seems to me that at present, the cryptocurrency seeks not only development, but also wants to achieve security results for customers. Today, there are a lot of frauds and all our assets are outside of security. I think that in the near future new protocols will work, which will really affect the qualitative development of the cryptocurrency market.

Yeah I agree that HotShot is a bargain right now at the current price. I actually paid a lot more then what its currently trading at but I'm okay with that as the stakes have been coming in daily at a nice consistent rate. And also the dev have released their HotDex which shows that they mean business and want HotShot to succeed. More developments are coming in the near future like a forum where everyone can get together and talk everything crypto and also have some input on which coins they would like to see listed on HotDex plus a lot more. I'm very bullish on HotShot as it should do well in the long term.

x42 does have some presence on Twitter as I have seen a couple big accounts tweeting about it but I do agree that it needs more marketing and people need to know more on what x42 offers the crypto world. All PoS coins are at bargain prices right now so take your pick, just make sure to look for coins that have a solid foundation and active dev team/community as they are the ones that should do well in the long term.

Yes. Every PoS coin is at a discount these days, giving us the huge opportunity to profit massively in the next bull market. HotDEX is very promising and could become a fierce rival of other popular DEXs such as CryptoBridge and Bitshares/OpenLedger. It's nice to see an active development team working on the cryptocurrency, as it shows that it'll have a bright future ahead of it.

As for x42, it could do well in the market if it attracts more people into it. Any crypto needs marketing/promotion (aside from active development) to be able to survive in this competitive space. As you've said before, we should look for coins with a solid foundation and active development team/community to obtain great results in our investment over the long term. There has been a few PoS coins which were abandoned by their devs, leaving many people bagholding useless cryptocurrencies.

I myself, have been staking Paycoin (XPY) for a long time, even if it has been abandoned completely by their devs and community. There doesn’t exist an official site, forum, or even social media account related to the cryptocurrency. However, there's still some exchanges trading it, showing a small activity of trading each day. As such, it's not bad to stake a crypto if it's at least traded on a crypto exchange. Cheesy

I heard that there is a more modern technology called SPoS. Just read about the Sunny King project called VSYS.

Cool. It's nice to know that there's a new innovative PoS algorithm for other cryptocurrencies to use. Sunny King being the inventor of PoS with Peercoin, seems to be quite active in this space lately. I believe that the Peercoin cryptocurrency will last for a long time, due to its supportive founder and dedicated development team. These new approaches to PoS will make staking much secure and efficient than ever.

Nonetheless, I'll be closely watching Sunny King's latest developments and Peercoin's progress over crypto land. Thanks for the update, mate! Smiley

best proof of stake coin is STAKENET, without doubt !
xsn  Cool

Right on! StakeNet is by far one of the best PoS cryptocurrencies in existence today. It's feature-rich with an innovative PoS algorithm (known as TPoS) which allows you to stake your coins without leaving your wallet open 24/7. Also, it'll be implementing masternodes and cross-chain atomic swaps which is quite innovative, IMO. The cryptocurrency seems to be quite undervalued these days, but it has potential for growth if many people notice its prospects.

Nonetheless, any PoS coin which is active in development and innovation is a winner in my book. Wink

I have seen many PoS coins decline in value over time, making your stakes less profitable than ever.

However, even though this happens, there are a very few coins that prove to become worth to hold for the long term.

Nevertheless, I would like to know which PoS would be best to invest into these days, according to market movement. I'm always on the look for good PoS coins to put my money into, and make my profits grow for the long term.  Smiley

You're welcome my friend!

Well for anyone that did get into HotShot when I posted this would be very happy now as the price has since gone up from around 1300 sats to close to 3k sats and is now currently trading at around 2400 sats. The team has just launched their HotDex exchange which I'm sure will be a success as they plan to have the cheapest listing fee on the market and also they give projects the opportunity to list for free by voting.

Yes I looked at x42 and I like what I see, thanks for the tip mate!

Glad to be of help to you. Honestly, I believe that HotShot is quite a bargain these days, as well as, other prominent PoS cryptocurrencies. It's the perfect opportunity to buy some more coins, for better staking rewards. Being a huge supporter of decentralized exchanges myself, I consider them to be the future of crypto trading.

As for x42, I believe that it needs more marketing/promotion, to get noticed within the crypto sector. Its advantages are numerous (like being feeless and extremely fast) but if people are not aware of its existence, it won't be rising that much in price. I'd recommend that if you stake x42 or any other PoS coin, you should divide your balance into multiple transactions by using the "Coin Control" feature (look for more info on Google). This will allow you to optimize your wallet for better and constant staking rewards.

Nonetheless, it's good to know the variety of options to choose from, as they can allow us to build our own passive income in many ways. So far, my favorites are: StakeNet, x42, Bean Cash, PIVX, HotShot, and Magi. But there are other good old PoS coins (like Peercoin) which are worth looking at. Smiley

There have been some new PoS coins launch recently that I got into, the first being HotShot coin which is staking amazingly well. Its currently trading on Coinexchange however there isn't much volume but I believe that is due to people not wanting to sell and most have been buying. They will be launching their DEX very soon HotDex which I think will do well. Check it out and let me know what you all think?

The other coin is BKS which was just launched which I think could also do well if the dev team deliver on what they have planned. A Freelance platform for crypto. You can check out the project here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bitkontacts-freelancing-platform-xvg-fork-100-pos-presale-5095700 By the way this is pure PoS as well as HotShot coin.

Awesome. Thanks for this, mate. I believe that PoS cryptocurrencies are the way of the future, since they're faster and cheaper than PoW to operate. By staking different PoS coins you can build a passive income that will last for years. HotShot being a new PoS cryptocurrency, lacks trading volume, yet it has potential of becoming into something big in the future (if widely adopted by people in the mainstream world). Having a DEX of its own, it’s quite interesting as it could contribute towards the growth of the cryptocurrency itself.

One new PoS coin that's worth considering is x42. It's not listed on Coinmarketcap yet, but it's being traded at a couple of exchanges such as STEX and Raisex. The best thing about this PoS cryptocurrency is that it's fee-less, just like EOS and Nano. Which means that it could become widely adopted in the future, as people realize its benefits.

Nonetheless, PoS coins like x42 and Bean Cash are the best ones for long term investment, due to their highly active development teams and communities. Best of all, Bean Cash is highly rewarding due to its high-stake rate per year. Smiley

It is an interesting thread. I must suggest one coin, with which I am very pleased and I think they have great potential
It's Blocknode $BND. ANN https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annmasternode-blocknode-business-orientated-rewards-4392523
First of all, when I trying to add new coin in my portfolio after coin specification, always check dev team activity. And for now, they are very active. BND wallet and network working very fast and well. I think if you have 10-20k in the wallet it is enough to get a daily stake for sure. Also now is very cheap, and maybe it is a good time to buy.
Listed on CMC and MNO

Blocknode is very interesting. Being a masternode and PoS coin, it gives you double the rewards over the long term. Prices are insanely cheap these days, probably because of the bear market that started last year. I believe that it's a good investment nowadays, especially if its development team is very active. Given how many new cryptocurrencies have been launching with PoS, it seems that it’s the future consensus algorithm of crypto.

Best of all, anyone can stake coins in their wallet without consuming much energy. Until now, I consider Bean Cash, x42, PIVX, Magi, Blocknode, and Diamond one of the best PoS coins to invest right now. Among these coins, Diamond is the most limited in supply, yet undervalued. With a highly prominent dev team, and supportive community, it could reach new heights in the future. Just my thoughts Grin
