Twitter which has millions of users,and signature campaigns here in bitcointalk would be enough.
I don't know why facebook is not in your list. I think it is very important for promoting a ICO. The other ones are Twiter, Reddit, Youtube, This forum, and Telegram.
Like the title says, i would like some feedback from the experts in this industry, so far i have gathered these 5 most important that seem to be used by everyone, can you add more ways?

If I had to choose from those five options, I would prefer this forum (bitcointalk.org). I think everyone knows that bitcointalk is a gathering place for investors. So its good for promoting ICO.

I will add facebook, youtube, and instagram. bbm is also good for ico ads. essentially, social media that many users. but lately, I more often see ico ads on facebook. 1. Twitter

In China i think the best way is wechat group, but telegram will be a good way across the world since it can admit thousands of people

And what do you think about kakaotalk/wechat/line? Are they useful? Are there any ico related group chats?
Facebook has a greater and wider audience to promote ICO, twitter also do same as facebook but Telegram is really meant for only participants in the ICO and I think telegram only serve as announcement . Steemit and Reddit is also good for promoting an ICO.
I think the best way to promote an ICO is through Twitter and Facebook. Because a large number of people are actively using these types of applications. For example, I read about crypto money on twitter for the first time.
There is nothing better from the combination. Only combination of the most popular social networks, I would also add Facebook in that list, will bring you the best results and you will attract maximum attention to your project. Good luck!

You can promote upcoming ICO on social media like twitter, Facebook, medium, telegram, slack, discord and reddit . Those social media platforms can make an ICO to be powerful.

you said that there are 1 million (or even more) user here. This is surely true, we just can click on "member" link and read -->"1110923 total members"
but how many are still active?
I know that most people believe that the steemit,reddit,facebook etc. Are only the best social media good for promoting ICO while social site like coinstaker, datacoinz.com and blog.icoalert.com are also good for promoting ICO. Still have some but the 3 listed site is enough.
Facebook and twitter are good as a place to promote ICO as long as the content of the promotion is easy to understand and the ICO in question is really handled professionally.
It depends on what you mean by saying "promoting". If you would like to get more buyers on ICO - YouTube I suppose, with correct direct advertisment campaign. If you would like to show how your project is great - this forum and, as mentioned above, medium are best resources, the second way will give you strong community
Twitter and bitcointalk are the best of both platforms because freedom of speech here
