I think you can also add the facebook because it has one of the big number of user and it is where lots of advertisement are post. I will also go in this forum because this is i think the best place to promote an ICO.
why dont you add facebook, youtube they are social media also by the way i better choose bitcointalk without bitcointalk you can't earn as possible you wanted to have in bitcoin theres a lot of campaign over a million bounty campaign its up to you if you are going to join all the campaign it depends om your tactics on how you can earn money.
First i will promote it on facebook as facebook have a 100 million user and easy to use social media. You can make a group out of it and discuss everything about crypto and ICO next will be this forum as this forum are specially made for crypto enthusiast...

Twitter and this forum,the best thing about promoting now is we get to be paid, there are too many ICO that are offering social media campaign and twitter is always in it. It will be an additional savings since earnings on it is not too big.
Both of them, In My Opinion (IMO). If i am to start an ICO, then i would probably use all them as medium of advertisement or announcement of my ICO because the more medium you have, the more the information will be disseminated to the people properly.

I would say Twitter, Youtube, and Telegram. Youtube is great for easy access to learn more about coins. Telegram and Twitter are better for those who are already invested and want to join a community.

. Facebook is one of the strongest social media platform because it has many user of the platform. Having many people seeing your advertisement, is a great marketing strategy. It will really boost the project. 
I think that Bitcointalk is still the most popular ICO/crypto site, especially this forum.

all in the list are good to put advertisement because deferrent people use it for the convience to choose what is the best here needs to use in here location spreading in a deffence social media's to advertise the project are the best way to introduce in the public to become popular.

Discord, medium, steemit and another public blogging. You the crypto site such as cointelegraph and coindesk because that was the site that gives the news about the crypto currency in this time. And so many people are visiting them everytime. 1. Twitter
