No, bitcoin's popularity remains and even be more popular all over the world, but will not become a mainstream currency due to it being a cryptocurrency. Bitcoin would probably rise it's price if big businessmen invest on it and that would be good for digital currencies. As predected by most large-scale investors that bitcoin's price will rise we cannot simply change the fact that bitcoin could posibly change people's life.
