Government has not officially banned bitcoins, they have banned only for using it for illegal activities, and they cannot ban bitcoin as a whole as they don't have a total control over it.

Yes the government is not entitled to full control of bitcoin and I still believe there is also a lot of government support bitcoin.
Because according to my bitcoin will not undermine the economy of a country so it does not harm.

The more and more integrated the world becomes, imo, the more and more the world needs a universal currency. I don't think most countries are going to accept some random currency from another country, so I think it will require something like a digital currency to slowly take over the scene. I'm not sure if it will be bitcoin.

Yes the price drops experienced by currency and it does not matter as long as the price is not always down. You were right at a time bitcoin prices will surely rise and this has happened even though little by little.
