Virtual currency is the future of currency and it going to rule the world within another 5 to 10 years from now. There is no competitor for virtual currency since it is the advanced money of paper currency. I think not everything is so clear with the digital currency. After all, in fact - bitcoin can not be touched, the active is virtual. It's just a record ... today bitcoin is worth it. there is a supply and demand for it. But how long this will last - no one will answer you.

In my opinion we have two options, or the cryptocurrencies world would just fade out and became forgotten, or it will become something like alternative payment method in all over the world.
For me the future of virtual currency is really bright because this economy or this world would definitely used virtual currecny in the future and for me the price of bitcoin can really grow very high if a lot of people will invest or will buy now.

BTC can be one of the means of Internet payment. BTC should play an increasingly important role in the future. 
Bitcoin has survived even harder times. The price crashes and goes back up all the time because the market is volatile and it is not regulated. People can still get away with scams and that is what keeps the big investors away. I personally see a bright future for BTC because it really solves some serious problems in the world. Money transfer will become more reliable and, if everything goes as planned we won’t even need the banks anymore.
we can not predict the future of virtual currency. maybe a virtual currency other than bitcoin would be better than bitcoin and vice versa. so the future of the virtual currency is determined by the currency maker. if it can continue to grow and provide the best service and have a lot of enthusiasts, it is possible to have a good future.
Virtual currencies here in our country has a great future. Because of the fact that Central Bank of the Philippines has acknowledged the presence of cryptocurrency exchanges here in our country. But when talking about bitcoin, I don't think it will be profitable this year. As what I have observed in market trends when bitcoin price increases it moves at a slow pace but when it decreases, it drops as quickly as possible.
