I think the investment is OK. but we also need to regulate our abilities. because something we have to do must be measured by our abilities, of course. if we are not capable then we force ourselves to take great risks.

It is not about investing your portion but it is about investing at right time at right place, risk will have to be taken because if we will keep thinking that it is risky we will not be able to obtain the profit, invest small or high but make sure you are investing on right time, so I prefer investing in bitcoin as much as I can.

right, we can learn techniques more quickly, but to regulate emotions, everyone has a different portion. when floating minus, maybe we can hold it, but when floating plus, sometimes we feel panic to immediately sell it, even though our analysis is correct beforehand. therefore it is necessary to discipline the strategies that have been made

Holding back emotions is the best way in my opinion, but sometimes people don't control it at that time especially regret that they are late selling their tokens after they know that the tokens have just risen, but it's true what you say discipline is the main key.

What about scamming/hacking incidents ? Alot of ico are still scams , alot of user still got scammed by other users . alot of people got their accounts hacked as well as exchanges and wallets . isnt that a big problem ? but that problem is normal and it happens all the time not just on cryptos but all in real world/life .

Not only few but i believe that most of the users are having a hard time to deal with the volatility as well as the manipulation cause by whales but as you said this things should not really be consider a problem instead we must utilize it as our advantage to buy and sell at our own discretion .

As of now there isn't any big problem with the market. Few users find the price fluctuation as the problem, while majority understand and keep volatility as the right choice to benefit good through the same. With the increase in adoption there is increase in the opposition from governments as well. But the market stands high overcoming the issues which is the best out of the same.

Such obstacles are not something that will kill crypto, because crypto exists without government interference. Murni is independent and becomes a trading solution or payment transaction in a peer to peer manner so that it is very fast and inexpensive.
The problem that often occurs is that prices are not stable so there is a concern that when prices fall too much, the losses will be very large. They are not aware that prices can rise very high and they profit very much.

I think the government around the world are facing financial difficulties or economic problems and this could have a direct impact on the usage of cryptocurrency. Instead of using cryptocurrency more often people limits its usage because no matter how small the money is it surely does count. Helping one another and resolving greater economic problems may offer opportunities for cryprocurrency usage. Just don't lose hope, when things will be ok, cryptocurrency will shine once more.

Not all the government are not friendly to the cryptocurrency bcause they have government who are accepting and advertising cryptocurrency to their citizens. Better to know the cryptocurrency and teach the people the opportunity they get once they become user and investor their future will become better and for sure many people will invest once they see the opportunity of the crypto.
