My advice if you experience such a condition is to immediately move away from the market. Because usually when people have started financial loss, they try to recover assets without seeing the market conditions (this is also related to psychological conditions) and the person makes a decision at the wrong time. So i think that those people are needed to calm, or for a temporary find another way to get some money.
