i have researhed and i totally agree with you that Abyss is one of the best ICO now. It is the first project which apply DAICO technology. with this technology, the investors can control the devs team in using money. abyss I believe this is the best ICO at the moment that I find out. March and April are very few ICOs because some countries have banned it. and harder than before
