For sure we just need strict regulations of ICOs and strict KYC proccess (for project managers and team of development I mean) can help nip the scam to the bud
Trust is the foundation for all relationships within a project. Without a minimum level of trust, communication breaks down, and eventually the project suffers in the form of costs increasing and schedules slipping. Often, when reviewing a project where the performance problems have captured the attention of upper management, the evidence of problems is the increase in project costs and the slippage in the project schedule. The underlying cause is usually blamed on communication breakdown. With deeper investigation, the communication breakdown is associated with a breakdown in trust.
There are so many scam projects going on. people are now afraid of joining ico.
1. i think ico should be removed. because the frauds have multiplied and people are now having difficulty in distinguishing the truth.
2. if there is no money to develop the project, please do not try to project it. also from the ico when it comes to the stock market is not 3k 5k. even lower than the price you get. because the investor does not know which one to buy.
3. no one is buying token, my regimen does not want to spend 3 or 5 years. when it gets 10% higher than it bought.
4. there are hundreds of projects in each stock exchange. Someone stop them.

I think ICO is very good because in the presence of ICO can prove that who knows cryptocurrency is very much and there is that can develop cryptocurrency so that can give project very good and useful for society, and which most often become the main obstacle of a project is source of fund need fund very much. nothing will stop the development of the world and cryptocurrency technology will always evolve.
There is nothing that can be done literally no matter how much you regulate it , it's in the hands of users .

Execute a building construction project is certainly not an easy thing. Moreover, coupled with the trust that has been given from the client. The project manager must set the strategy in project execution to achieve maximum profit without reducing the quality of the building to be worked on.
I think now it's hard to find a really good project and not a scam. Somehow many people are trying to create a project but not really serious to run it so it failed in the middle of the road and then make the project a scam. And many people are just looking for profits from illegal acts like making a scam project. Actually if this continues to happen more and more people are negative about the world of cryptocurrency and can hinder the development of coins or other projects that really serious and have a good future.
I think the problem is not only about ICOs, ICO scammers have no fear, they can create a company and run away after raising money in ico, why that is so easy is because of that people invest in ICOs very easily.
Right scammers were everywhere,every projects they make is like legit that investors would believe and invest.They ran away investors money,but investors doesn't even have an idea of what will be the outcome of the project and their investments.So sad that this would happening maybe its inevitible that this things will happen.

I think they have a trust issue because they scammed at first or.previously project or ICO. When i invest my time on a project and at the end they pay back nothing is always disguising to me and is my most annoying time.
Sad truth, people nowadays used to scam other people just to get their own profit in the worst way, I have work for six months and most of the project that I was involved to were scam, I reach the point that all of my hardworks and hardship were gone without having the thing in return and thats the worsr thing.
I really dont get it why lots of people here wanna banned ICO project.I know there are lots of fraud project in ICO but how about those legit project?Do not generalized the ICO project coz for me thats why it exist is to contribute to crypto world and to all people who supported it.How about they will just have restrictions to all project owner so that only the legit project can run in the field.They should have strict implementation rather than banning it.

the last time the scam project is too much. this situation is the victim of people who follow most of their award campaigns. this will continue for a while. It's hard to change. if you are going to invest in ICO it makes more sense to do it with the token from the prize campaigns.
What I will proffer is to have serious scrutiny of every intending ICOs; let them go through some rigorous test before they come out for marketing. I believe the global financial bodies have started with some good regulations to checkmate the false ICOs. And also, let's have limited number of coys per specific projects; i.e if Daneel is known for AI and was successful, there should be a check on the number of others too that want to raise ICO on AI again.
looking at its history then an ico project that exists today shows a negative value and most always end up with a scam. it has even made the Chinese government strictly forbid that it deals with cryptocurrency projects. Until now I see a market like showing a negative value to the ico project. but there are still many people who believe in the project, it is evident from the enthusiasm shown. yes they still hope that an ico project can bring a lot of benefits for all of them. The promotion offered is always interesting because the benefits gained can be large.

Trust issues is always been the problem around crypto projects. We can't blame people to suspect any new project that launch in market. Its been a problem about the project authenticity but my advices to those who want to invest in projects is to be more vigilant and more observant. Know the project and study firts before you invest.

ICOs must be drain in order to stop the scam. Trust the project is important to prevent some unrealistic onces.
Project that are trusted knows very well how to manage the ICO with good services to meet the concerns of supporters.
However sometimes the problem is the result maybe it will be success or failed.

True that! For the longest time i don't get the reason for an ICO and i sure as heck didn't join in one. I would much rather see the coin grow and become stable or at least have a potential to have a strong exchange and that's the time i will buy in. Not when there is not even a price and not even sure if the ICO woukd be a success.
I dont think that closing them will help at all. ICO's cant be closed as we are in the decentralised space and there is no way to control things up here.
If you see this as problem then we should be clever enough to identify the problem and fake ICO's. Learn from the mistakes of yourself and others and then try to judge the best out from the crowd.
