The problems of trust in projects is that , members who join directly to project with less information about the projects , So if you want a trustful ICO projects , make a thourough information and research about the projects so that this will add the trust of the projects, but this is not a guarantee that the projects is not really scam but gathering informations is also important.
before choosing an ICO project, you should read and research the content of the whitepaper first, you should see the timeline on the roadmap and see who the team is joining in the project. many are fooled by the ICO project for not being careful in choosing ICO. I think ICO also benefits to gain more profit than trading.
This is the problem by many for not choosing the Ico's very carefully. Even the popular projects ended a scam just collected the money of investors. We should be keen on observing behind the team because there are many scams.

Some ICOs success and few ICOs scam and it happen in all bussiness. Fraud always happen in many sector not only crypto and thats the main reason why regulation needed in cryptoworld.
Regulation in cryptocurrency can avoid people gettring scam because the team or dev must fill document that government need to launch their ICO

I think, closing down all new upcoming ICOs , won't help to resolve problems around frauds. Of course, I don't support people who running ICO just to make "easy money", but ICOs move progress and showing to us different ways of using blockchain technology. And I also don't agree with "if there is no money to develop the project, please do not try to project it.", because sometimes people who haven't enough money have revolutionary ideas, what would change our world.

I somewhat condivide your opinion, but at the same time it's not quite right. Research some ICOs, they collect tons of money, helping them to get real. That is in most cases good. But, of course, fraud is possible.
I'm not sure that the problem of the scam and its large numbers lately is such a big deal. Proshlygod became the year of mass media in crypto and mongo people came to meet people in pursuit of fast dollar. The situation gradually stabilizes and all the "extra" people will cut themselves off.

ICO is good. It was meant to make a project succeed. Since ICO provides all the information needed then the part of investors is to take time reading and make a good research about the project. Most scam projects are made with obvious similarities, you'll easoly determine whether a project is legit or just a scamming project. No reason for you to be afraid of ICO, huat allot more time of reading.
Nobody in the world is protected from fraud with the ICO. Even quite promising projects sometimes could not gain the required amount of support, and together with them, "burn up" spent funds, although bona fide developers send money back in this case. Many experts believe that 2018 will be a turning point for the whole of the ICO.
Actually Ico's are now the most effective way of earning money in such a long time of period though there are so many ico's now that scamming people but if you have the right research and the timing of that ico you are joining with for sure it will be a great way to earn.
Definitely it could be but we can't blame others to think that ICOs are just a way to scam people. I know some people getting scared of losing their money in just a single wink that's why they don't get involve in ICOs. 
such as an ICO project or any bounty campaign that is full of trust you work long and lose everything because you have a problem with a fake ICO should have no entrepreneurs going on because we really have to work all out that is the problem with the project and there will be no entrepreneurs going out because all the bitcoines are working hard to improve the projects that are being sold but you are not getting paid for the fake ICO. the bowler hopefully. Closing down all up and coming ICOs is no the best solution. There are very good projects emerging despite the tonnes of scam projects in the crypto world. I believe strict regulations of ICOs and strict KYC processes( applied to project managers) can help nip the scam projects in the bud.
the most likely outcome may well be ICOs being fully regulated which would be enough to scare off the scammers and crappy projects. in theory an ICO is a valid route, but the way it's done now is so rancid that it won't be permitted to continue.
i expect we'll see fully approved ICOs made available to major investors and the shit will continue to stink away in the shadows, but the days of mass publicity attracting hundreds of millions from random morons are coming to an end.
I agree the day is coming when ICOs will have to be regulated. Something like international digital currency investment organization. (IDCIO) The ICO will have a registered number that people will be able to check on the governing website which will give details of the project.
That would bring confidence back into ICOs. At the moment myself I see buying into the project after it hits the market a better option. Even good projects seem to be hitting the markets down at least 50% of ICO price for the 1st few days.

I agree there are lot of ICO that are scam but still they are only few compare to the successful ICO that are legit and their coins are now in the market in which there are lot of people that become successfully rich because of these good ICO. It is unwise to remove ICO in the Crypto currencies investment just because of these some fraud ICO but the best suggestion is to have them regulate so that we could determine the good and the bad ICO.
