We'll we all have regrets in all aspects in life . for me is when I accidentally sell my coins into lower price . Actually I'm going to autosell my coins then I suddenly click sell
I sold my crypto holdings for a couple of hundred of dollars, now they currently worth millions of dollars. NEM, Dash and Litecoin to name a few.
I'm pretty a newbie and I started trading like 2 weeks ago when a friend of mine told me about cryptocurrencies..I checked ANS and though that I will buy some coins later, I didn't do it...My first regret (for the moment) was to don't buy (ANS)... 104% growth in the last 7 days. 
i did not consider it regret but rather learning. one is i did not invest early. i discover bitcoin @100 dollar per btc but today it is 2600 and still going up. i think if it dip again this week i will be buying more. second is i entered altcoin early and greedy without proper knowledge. thats it. i did not regret it.
I cannot consider it as a regret but yeah i feel sorry for my self to not knowing bitcoin back the when it was low price and it can be easy to invest for anyone who has money. Because now the price is high, it's hard to buy and the great possibilities i should get has become a dream. But now im using bitcoin and exerting all my effort to fully use it's services to my extent and to do things relating to it so atleast at the end of the day i will have no regrets. 
To be honest, my biggest regret in cryptocurrency was to sell all my Ether when price reached $7.5 - 8. I bought them when they were very low, at around $1.6, so it was nevertheless a big gain for me, but I thouhgt Ethereum will not reached higher limits. I was wrong as I know today and I lost a much much bigger gain. I had almost 200 Ether.
To those of you that you said they regret not buying bitcoin when it was at 500 or 600 dollars or so, how many bitcoins would most of you buy? Because that price is already very high. I mean how many people can really invest 10k or 20k in bitcoin. Or when you say this, you guys probably mean like you probably buy 5 bitcoin max?
My biggest regret in cryptocurrency is not buying Bitcoin when I first found out about it in 2013 when it was just $15 each. I could have bought 200 or more and now been almost a millionaire, but instead I am still poor.
I made other mistakes like deposit onto exchanges and then they closed. So I lost all of my money, unfortunately. And that happened a few times... too many scammers out there.
Hopefully someday I will be able to afford a few Bitcoins so that when it reaches $1,000,000 I will still be rich.

That's very sad for you to miss that. I'm even deeply sad after missing the opportunity to buy bitcoin for $500 in 2016. I can't even imagine yours.
The others, I didn't buy ether for $30 in 2017.

i have 2013/2014 buy Dogecoin and Mooncoin. The were super cheap
But today they are not worth much more .

I think you did not made any mistake at all because 800$/btc is not a small amount with 40 btc , and also you should see when you get this amount then what was the price actually .You?
And herr in my opinion the best thing will be if you didn't sold all because to have bitcoin to get a better growth is also a important thing in this field because if you have no money then also you have no opportunities to make money .
Here j myself made a big mistake to sell my digibytr coin when it gets rise to 300satoshi , because i bought at 100satoshi rate but after sell it get reached to 2600 Satoshi in the evening , that was the moment for me to weep enough because i lost much money with that mistake .

Damn that's hurting, when I discovered bitcoin it was $200-$400 I can't remember for now. And when I saw ETH the price was only $15-$20 but I didn't bought any single ETH and right now that is one of my biggest regret that I haven't bought but this is life and career in crypto currency, we use to regret in the end not in the beginning.

My biggest regret is that,something I discovered that many of cryptocurrencies or exchanges of money their are too many things that are very disappointing such as Scams,Undelivered cashes or money and lots of cheating and too much greedy when it comes from money,Thats why many are regreting of that kinds of natural incidents

Selling off all of my altcoins before the $630 and not holding for a long time. Of course I regret not buying more amount altcoins when it was still cheap.

For now, I don't have regrets in cryptocurrency but I think if I will have regrets, it will be the lost of my cryptocurrency. If do all my best to have a cryptocurrency and suddenly it banished in a blink of an eye, it will fall me apart. I will regret trusting the online wallet and I will regret not to withdraw my crptocurrency when there is time but I hope it won't happen.
