I believe improving your health can be called constructive?
Been drinking quite a lot before. I quit it and now I focus on my health - usually going to gym 3-4 times a week. Nothing extreme, but the process itself is satisfying as hell.

My constructive hobby would be towards learning more and more about latest business trends or any topic for that matter via internet or other sources.
I like creating different cool stuff like Lapel Pins, for example. It is a really cool and engaging hobby, from my point of view. I think you might be interested in such stuff too. What do you guys think about it?
Collecting stamps
I am a kind of person who is sporty and loves to sing and dance frequently. One of my hobbies is playing basketball and volleyball because it helps me to relax and it lessen my stress every time I do it. Also I love singing and dancing it is also one of my stress-reliever.
My useful hobby is watching English movies consistently. Since English is not our native language, I do have to practice speaking it fluently. In order for me to be able to speak it fluently, I should first be used to listening to English conversations. So as a practice, I always watch English movies/series.
My most constructive hobby is learning how to cook different meals in different ways... Nothing beats d feeling of creating a master peace just for nourishment
