Now, many people are trying to rock the boat in which we sit, they make various provocative statements in order to deprive all of us of the opportunity to adequately assess the situation, and the less you listen to those who talk about Bitcoin falling below 4000 - the better for your nerves.

Bitcoin having a low price is not an exit point, it is actually the opposite to me. It is accumulation time whenever bitcoin hits a low price. There is no point quitting when you know the true value of bitcoin if multiple times the current price. I have been holding for so long, it is already not practical to quit.

Quitting because it's down is not my style, I might quit when it's up, I mean if it will hit my maximum target.
I will definitely cash out and just enjoy life, trading in crypto is very stressful, you have to be active and know the market condition to ensure you will do a decision on a timely manner.

Maybe if bitcoin will reach $500,000 each, that would already give me enough money to quit, but I don't want to conclude
and our decision changes when we still see more opportunity ahead, human as we are, we have greed inside.

I dont have quitting point or selling point for my bitcoins, I like to have them and I hope I will always have some. I sell when I need money, when I need to buy something, but I have my stash too. When price blow the sky I will still have some, I will sell some, but end game is that I will able to use my bitcoins one day for real, like I will go to and buy some nice car with 0.01 btc? Sounds nice, well maybe one day we will see bitcoin price so high that nice car will cost 0.01 btc and people can buy them directly with bitcoins.

Right about now, I would settle for a price anywhere between $25,000 and $55,000. Anything lower and I'd have to hodl for as long as it takes even if it's forever, Just have to believe Bitcoin will pull through.

A massive decrease won't make me quit in crypto. Even if the price goes 3, 2, or 1 digit. I won't, I'll buy instead and I'm confident it won't go that low. Such digits for price has been pass because of continuous growing of users and demand. That's why I'm really confident. If you are still making profit at any price, why would you quit.

No quitting point price for me. As long as crypto lives, bitcoin will never be a coin to leave in the crypto space so I am not going to set a quitting point for myself. This is a bad time for crypto that is why we see the prices very unfavourable but things will turn the other way soon.
yep, that happened to me too. even when the price of bitcoin becomes $ 300, I'm still very interested in looking for it, and I sell when I think it's necessary, or when I really need money. the point that I consider important is, that bitcoin will continue to grow rapidly.

there are no reasons for me to quit because I see crpytocurrency has a future due to the innovations every year, as long as the bitcoin and crypto industry has a price I would not turn my back to it. There are lots of people quit because they are only look for the price and when the price drops it will really frustrates them that is the reason why they are quitting.

My only "quit point" right now is right around 10,000$ so I should have at least around a 350% gain in my portfolio and by that time I could hopefully see Bitcoin correct so that I could buy back again. What you calling "quit point" doesn't necessarily mean you need to cut your losses as you can sell any time not even at a loss, cutting right now would only mean you have lost the game and you seriously just have slash your capital without any doing any earlier action with it. My opinion just don't give up but you should always prepare for the worst.

By "quit point" I think he talking not about the take profit instead his liquidation price. Its very easy to pick a take profit area however if the investment is going against you, where would you sell before you really start to become emotional and angry.

I've been around for a few years so I am used to Bitcoin being around $300 or $1000 or so. So basically for me $3800 is still a very good price. I think if it goes into 3 digits, then its not good, however I don't think we will go that low.

However for a new investor of 2018, I am pretty sure their average price was around $10K so they are sitting a huge losses right now. And if it ever reaches $10K again, they will probably sell and try to "break-even" on their trade.

zero, it is all house money.

Goddamn right. If we didn't sell at $20k, wtf would we sell at $2k or some shit?
Six figures or bust.
no, I will not sell my bitcoin at a low price. I will keep holding it even for the next 2-3 years. many say bulls will occur in 2020, and I hope that really happens.
Hope you can manage to hold it for that long.

Since entering into crypto world, I've never think of quitting in fact,  I feel my self comfortable into these.  The bearish seasons won't last forever and we saw it stopping by now. Though not so high it recover for now but it slowly going up which is good for us rather than to have an instant pump.

The market is full of pessimistic comments lately and most of the conversations include BTC price going under 3k. I really wonder at which point BTC investors give up and quit completely. What is your opinion about this? My thought about quitting never happened but if the price goes under four digits then I might be reconsidering.
Quitting will be a question for those people who do heavily invested. Talking about 4 digit figures price is possible but who knows if we would drop even more into that range. If you do ask me on my quit point then
theres no such point I would quit since I'm not investing too much but rather earning it.
Each of us do have our own goals and giving up point but theres no doubt that if bitcoins price will drop to $10 then lots of us will commit suicide.

Having a quit point is simply just being ready to quit, I mean if you really do want to continue you shouldn't put a price point on when you will quit, for me that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, because you will have a lot of what if's, the price may be low at the moment but in the very end you'll never know if the price might be the same or it might blow up, and that is one decision that you'll have to regret if this happens.
I hope OP doesn't mean to say that he was only waiting for someone to quit it already so that he can quit too. Thinking that way is kinda frustrating because we all know that Bitcoin will not die at this moment, it is just we are at the moment where there is a bearish market.

I hope OP that he knows that too, that even how great your economy there are times that we will suffer economy crisis soon, and it is a fact.

I think that depends on someone's emotional condition, and from that emotional condition someone decides on the lowest standard to get out.

I don't think Bitcoin will end, and I don't have the lowest point to leave Bitcoin, because I believe Bitcoin will soon rise.

Well, as of now I do not think I will quit Bitcoin eventhough until know its in down. Because I believe this coming 2019 it will rise again wait for it to happen. As long as Bitcoin is continously working and I can work for it I will still stay here. Maybe some people are thinking to quit because the current price and they did not want to lose their money.

zero, it is all house money.

This is the true believer who knows that even if their is a fall certainly market will recover at the end and will reach the pricing point if not now in some months. So people will not see the zero price and will continue to rise or will recover from the lowest point as well.

well, the quik point for the price of bitcoin doesn't really exist, and even that depends on everyone. for me, the price of an unstable bitcoin has become an important point for me. well, this illustrates that bitcoin is still very useful in the community.
