I found the price is a grade lower every two weeks, $330 now, end of this month will be $300

What makes you so confident that the price will be $300 at the end of the month?

Mind sharing your reasons?

I hope it will go lower but $300 is a bit too low, there is plenty buy support.

buy current price -10%, sell that time price +10%
In case you buy a lot of Bitcoin when the price fell to 90 from 100, but then it kept down, do you still hold your bitcoins?
I do not deny that the price will rise up again, back to 110, but how do you predict the changes in the market? How to take the risk of it...

Think about this; on average, daytrading is a zero sum game (assuming start and end price are the same). Or it would be if you had to pay no trading fees, but you do. Some will win, some will lose, nearly everyone that posts about it will claim to win, but on average, daytraders will lose money to exchanges. Its simple logic.

The only chance you have to profit compared to someone holding mid/long term is being better than the average daytrader. Or more aptly: more lucky. If you have to ask how to do it, chances are you are not better, and you will likely have better odds of making a profit on any bitcoin gambling site.

Do market research then buy currency at considerable volume with best deal. Hold it, keep watching market then sell at profit.

I've been running a cryptotrader algorithm with ongoing tweaking for a about 9 months - it's done me quite well considering we've dropped to a third of its starting price earlier this year.  If you haven't heard of cryptotrader and are interested in algorithmic trading - you should definitely check it out.

I've also been dollar cost averaging into the market with recurring buys twice a week since November.  Comparatively - my bot has done significantly better than my manual trades and DCA'ing.

Fibonacci retracement + supply/demand levels work quite well for me.

Neophyte traders might want to add a 20 period CCI and confirm entries with divergence/hidden divergence.
