I have about 40% in bitcoin at the moment but that will grow as I get more involved in the bitcoin community. For I see the full potential has not come yet. So there is more to come. Wink

I estimate Bitcoin only makes up ~3-4% of my assets, 5% at the very most. Hopefully, some time in the future while I am still alive, that same 3-5% will turn into 50% or more of my assets.  Wink

Right now maybe less than 20 % but I hope this fact will change soon.
I'm planning to invest my money and start own business, which will accept Bitcoin as payment option.
If business will be successful, I will have much more Bitcoin in my private portfolio Smiley

So what percentage of your total monetary and financial investments are in Bitcoin?

What do you think is a smart balance to have?

100%.. I have nothing in fiat my 100% work and investments are in bitcoin. I only use fiat for buying necessary things for life.
but everytime I need fiat I exchange some bitcoin to fiat and use this.

Yeah for me it is very smart and satisfy thing.

Just 15% the total of assets in bitcoin, never putting a high value for the digital assets because it's can disappear at any time and difficult to take it for urgent maintenance. the smart balance is a little and not a huge but can make a lot of advantages from that.
well, the price of bitcoin can be increased and decreased by it won't be disapear. don't worry about that. your money in bitcoin are safe.
One day, there will be a global digital currency bitcoin in widespread commercial use whose value will not be controlled by central banks. So don't worry money in bitcoin will be safe and secure.

Well man I can't really say for sure what percent of my assets are invested in bitcoin since I only bought once. If you'll ask me about that, I think I invested around 0.1 % of my total assets since I only bought a total of 0.001 BTC a month ago using cellphone airtime when I am just starting to use bitcoin. After that all bitcoin I got all my bitcoin for free from gambling sites with faucet, trading, and signature campaigns.

At the moment it is 50-50, because I don't want to risk all my money in bitcoin, I believe that bitcoin has potential to have a better price soon but things are moving very slowly and that's why I'm not investing all my savings on bitcoin.

I am just holding around 10 to 15% of my assets in bitcoin as i am using bitcoin regularly in sportsbetting, altcoin trading and converting some to fiat currency to need my daily expenses. As per my thinking if you just hold then their wont be much importance to bitcoin until all of them just dont use it daily so that the valuation should go up, while seeing the transactions of bitcoins trading or any purpose of use just like fiat currency which we use daily in our life.

Most of my assets are not in Bitcoin because I can't afford to lose 50% if the price falls by 50%. I mainly use Bitcoin to make money and instantly convert it into fiat. I use Bitcoin because it is anonymous.

The smart balance of investment is around 20-30% of your total asset, unfortunately now bitcoin has only occupied around 5-7 % of my asset, but i wish that I can invest in bitcoin until 20% of my total asset, because it think bitcoin value is going to rise in the next few years

Well assets has different meaning and it depends on the one interpreting it. Since I am an accountant, I define asset as an economic resource. Anything tangible or intangible that can be owned or controlled to produce value and that is held to have positive economic value is considered an asset. With that definition my total asset is 1600 dollars because I am still young and out of that 1600 dollars, 100 dollars is bitcoin so in short 6.25% of my total assets is composed of bitcoins.

A little more than $5,000. I purchased 8 bitcoin when the price dropped to $300 after the Gox incident, and slowly my bitcoin has doubled then tripled into my investment now. I'm extremely proud.
i also have invested my 75 % of my assets but it is increasing on monthly basis. because i am investing my salary in bitcoin as well as i invest the income that comes from my field. mean selling crops i also invest that amount in bitcoin.

I think the smart balance would be to have 90% in bitcoins because the value of your money will only increase, not decrease.

Have you booked some of your profits? or just waiting for prices to go up still? In any investment, it is a good practice to book profits now and then to avoid any future surprises. It looks you got a quite a good profit from your investment in just less than a years time. I sold my most of coins above $680 level and now waiting for buying again.

Actually it is much lower than 10% and i want to grow it to be atleadt 25% but i am waiting for some right time.I think one or two month from now I will start investing gradually
Same here. I can't be too proud about what I have right now, but that is all I can afford at the moment. Will try to increase it as time goes by with the help of earnings from signature campaign and by buying during price dips or when I have the budget to do so.
