I still holding one of the coins when you're a bounty manager for them: Altcom/SONO. Had it as a masternode but profit was super low below $1 and project was almost inactive. Too little to care about so I don't know if that could count as holding lol.
Though i am in big loss but still i am holding XLM, Waves, Strat, Utk, Dent and Npxs. Some of them are now valueless. So i think holding them is better than selling.
I’ve also held several coins like yours over the past few years; Among them are CIFM, MFTU, ABX, UBX, FTXT, Waves. These are not worth it now. If I sell at this moment, I will not get back 5% of my invested money.
There were tokens gotten from bounties and airdrops that I'm still holding those tokens, Publish protocol (NEWS) is still in a high speed of increase ever since hunters sells out. It had risen up to 350% since last month.
most people will talk about bitcoin and ethereum as old assets that are still held. of course, it is a potential asset for a profit. I also have ethereum for the long term. but I almost forgot it because at this time new assets look more attractive in the market for daily trading.
I hold some old coins in my portfolio, Eth, Xlm, xrp are my favorite coins which make a pretty good impression in my trading history. Now in short-term trading I prefer with a new Coins because there is often a sudden increase in prices.
I do not have many old coins infact the only old coin i have is perhaps eth other than that i have recently picked utrust tokens utk on a friends recommendation and it was a project initiated in 2016-17, i got them because the project looked good and it was way undervalued i hope it will soon reach its previous highs and give me massive returns.
Well, I remember the triumph of the Utrust project when it was first launched. for now, I'm more interested in focusing on popular coins than that. for old coins, I have enough coins, only the price is the only ethereum. well, the others don't have a price up to now and become trash coins.
I have a lot of 2018 tokens that I did not sell but left as a memory of such a difficult period in the development of the crypto industry. I think I have at least 40 different ones. Maybe some of them have already disappeared and are not traded anywhere and are mentioned, and others have some price, I do not track this.
I don't know if 2 years to keep is an old coin but I have several that still exist till today or whether its a shit coin or not but actually I'm still holding it. LOKI, XTZ, DOT, I just got it from the beginning of the creation of it.
What is the point in holding coins, that are no longer actively mined or traded? From what I have seen, once a coin is dead it never comes back. The promoters move to new projects and for others there is no incentive to revive a dead coin which was created by someone else. Anyway, most of the developers opt to create a new coin rather than reviving an old one.

To all those who are still holding old coins that are still staking, that are still working. I just want to ask if you were able to use those old coins and be able to earn at least some real world money because of having been able to trade these old coins? I am asking because I still have an old coin that still stakes up to this day. And it's just so happen that the developer has no response to our inquiries and many are considering the project as abandoned. But it still staking. So hopefully I will be able to use it one day.

There are coins I have been holding for long and good enough it has yielded something positive. I invested atomic wallet early last year when the worth was nothing but luckily today awc now with over 1$. I always tell to scrutinize a project before investing. Always know team mind and observe thoroughly to avoide investing in a scam project. Always DYO
in my wallet i hold alot of old coins but most of them are shit coins . no value again some developers have closed shop. lol. i am still holding a coin like Yolocash coin, organic token and others . Though i also hold some coins that are still struggling to come up like Electroneum.

Tokens i had from 2017 still with me. Not because i still believe in them, because they don't worth gas and time to sell them.

I have certain coins that have been stored in full since 2016. Of course, I have hopes for good prospects for these projects in the future, since their development teams are more or less showing at least some activity. An example is their AMLT, Galaxy, REPUX, LipChain.
My old coins is still Ethereum and some XLM and Dogecoins, For token i currently holding WPP and ShareRing this token is from bounty last year.
I also have some WPP in my wallet, but I cannot sell it when the price is pumped. Exchanges have frozen deposits and no one can deposit money on Digifinex and sell it. Obviously this is a scam project and it's almost dead

I'm not sure you continue to hold ethereum and dash from then until now at that time both coins were capable of high pumps and of course many were selling and making profits but if you buy now and hold long term, I am sure of it
