Sorry but I already sold it after the 2017 Bullrun when it started to drops, I'm one of those panic sellers and gladly I sell it immediately before it drops to almost nothing. Actually, I'd never think that was a good idea but seeing it goes to the bottom, I'm also thankful that it make it earlier then I realize how volatile we are and all are unpredictable. We all not just to hold and hold, we also need to be practical knowing that not all the times the market is in good shape. We have to think smart not just we are bond on being an optimistic person keeping always positive coz it probably not.

I know about crypto world in 2017 so i really have no old coin before 2014. But i'm holding some ADX and VIBE from 2017 in my binance account. Price are too dump than that time and honestly there is not much hope on those coin also. Those coin will give me profit if times like Q4 2017 will come, other wise those are worthless to me.
Holding coins from the ICO a few years ago was not a good thing, on average, they were destroyed. I think if you want to hold a coin for a long period of time you better choose a coin that already has a big name like ETH or BTC

You are right. It's too much risk for holding a coin from ico/ieo now days. Specially those which are not trade very well in exchange or not upgrading their project step by step. But my point is eth or btc price was too low when they enter this marketplace. So if i want to holding a good unknown altcoin (which are not so popular) for very long time may be it'll give me very high profit one day. But yes i have to choose those coin very carefully for that. Otherwise i'll regret for my decision.

I am not really a long holder of coins . I do more of day trading so I buy and sell off same day unless caught by dip but there are really good coins i am currently holding during this dip period. I have ETH, BNB and more old coins, I have BTC too. These are coins with potential and there's assurance of growth once market rescusitates. It's best to hold old coins or do research for more new good coins anyway but these are old coins I have been holding for weeks now.

I'm not really good at hodlin because am always tempted to run a day trade which I always end up losing my assets, I mean swinging is such a bad business choice for me
Basically, all people are not good at holding, because all the coins or tokens that we hold, the price is always volatile, except for stable tokens, but the holders of course always choose a good token to keep.
more often we don’t know from the early beginning whether we really chose a good coin to hold it or not. I have invested many times in both good and bad projects, and now I understand that only time indicates which project will be good and which will not.

atlant, not too old or old because the coin was made in 2017 ago. I think after the bounty ends, the coin will die too. but apparently until now the coins still survive and are under development for their own market exchange. coins are also listed on forkdelta the first time, but you can check yourself now at their own market exchange, atlant.io
I have ATL coin way back 2018, they released every month prior from way they said that they will pay their bounty hunters the exact stakes they earned throughout the campaign. I don't have enough ATL now, I already convert most of my ATL coins.
By the way, I have MNX coins in my wallet, and I continue to park it in their bank but unlike today the payouts is smaller.

Yes i hold a lot of coins because i buy in high price. today market prices not good. mostly my coin from airdrop and bounty so i wait when market go up then i sale and get profit.
Almost all coins are unable to rise during this time and people's investment needs are at very low levels so it will be difficult to liquidate.

I also have a lot of coins in this market but most are shitcoin and not worth it here. Anyway, I'm still holding some of top 100 because these are safe coins for me and you will make a profit if the market recovers.

A lot of cryptocurrencies have been created throughout time.

I personally have not held onto any old or even dead blockchains.

But I am working on a new project focused on old blockchains and with the attempt of reviving them.

I wanna ask what everyone here is holding onto.

I am mainly interested in coins from 2014 and older, but anything you deem "old" is welcome! Smiley

I might hit you up if I find your coin interesting Cheesy

One of my new picks is Leacoin because of its age and simple configuration.
Aside from Bitcoin, XRP, and ETH; I'm holding waves too. The reason why is that is  I'm very optimistic to that certain coin back then as it's competing with ETH before in creating their own token. It's easier to create your own token with Waves platform yet as a bounty hunter I feel more comfortable and more convenient with ETH platform perhaps it's because it's more popular. As soon as it goes back to it's ATH or atleast almost then I'm willing to sell them off.

now I'm HODL Doge for a long time...
I Hold this coin since 2017 and until now I haven't sold, I don't plan to sell my Dogecoin in the near future, I will only sell if the Dogecoin hits $ 0,1...

I also have Doge it's gift for me from a friend whom I done  a favor in bounty campaign and up to know I'm still holding it and have thought of selling it got it way back 2016, I can't remember the price, when I got it but I'm thinking of trading half of it on the next all time high of Doge after this coming halving I'm pretty sure Doge will triple after the halving.

That's funny, and I think you'll never sell DOGE for $ 0.1. I think you should set a more appropriate target than the current market situation, and also DOGE is not a good choice in the long term. Its price is hard to go up because it's saturated

ok i will give a little of my opinion, never save alt that hasn't been too long or that just new listings on the market for a while.
I have coins of various rewards, the estimate of the 1 project I have done so far is no more than 1 $, which was 60 to 100 $.
so, from now on, always pay attention to the coins that you will keep for a long time.

I am still holding Bitcoin, BAT and ETH. I had few BNB but sold them when the lockdown was announced in my country. I am still accumulating ETH and Bitcoin at the moment and I hope to continue doing it till the halving.

I still have the old coins in my wallet because their price are too low to sell and most of them have no value at all. Mb8Coin, Eos, Utk, Neo, and ETH, holding onto this coin is not that easy and maybe the reason why I don’t sell yet simply because I still believe on them and I’m just waiting for the next bull run and hoping that they will rise too.
happy if you still hold old coins but hope to be able to move up again, but I hold old coins without knowing the transaction is running, and the value is increasingly worthless TWN, REME, CTU etc. now just hope with a new coin to grow, hopefully it does not experience the same thing as the previous coin. but it's hard to guess how it will go because it's a bad situation. I hope crypto will be excited again.

I have been holding the XMR for a long time and a small amount of Doge still waits for the right time. Electroneum is also 30% of my dead coin portfolio and I doubt selling the mentioned coins earlier will be beneficial.  15% of the no-touch altcoins are consist of VIBE in my altcoin portfolio too.

To be honest, I rarely hold coins for a long time, because I prefer to make profits in a short time. So I am happy with the daily trade.
Until now the old coins that I still hold are only dogecoin, the rest are old coins I have already sold it in 2018.
I think if you only hold assets in the form of dogecoin in these conditions the benefits you get will be very long and I see no definite guarantee in dogecoin, it is better you might be able to store assets in the form of ethereum, litecoin or XLM.
