I am still holding XRP despite the huge correction. I believe in the future of the project and makes me not to bothered that much
I have 2 Old coin. I still believe this coin. This Are Kick & Aion. I know Kick Supply Huge but They are plan so much good. And aion Already launch Mainnet. Hope They are upgrade in future day by day. and Give me profit.
Even i have some old altcoin which worth nothing, the old coin which i consider holding Bitcoin, ETH, XMR etc will only provide wrong result because most of the coins don't have the required utility and potentials with the adequate team to survive the crypto market for long and the best thing to do is to dump it at the right time.
Holding is a huge task I have tried it and sometimes it goes in the wrong direction and I decide to dump. I hold only coins that am trading for quick profit .
From old coins still i trusted some of these mentioned coins that, they will be bounce back is have real strong project like:
Monetha MTH
Vibe
Red Puls PHB
and most of the top is i always LTC coin consider for best buying. MTH and PHB is now old coins that are still i am HODLING.

Will Ethereum count as an old coin? it's going 5 years old by July. I think that's the oldest coin that I have if bitcoin will be out of the choices. I also think others don't notice that dogecoin is an old coin. So, if you are holding dogecoin then you are holding a legendary meme coin. 
You can also add dash and litecoins to your holdings.
Op should explain definition of old for him how many years needed to call it old coins.
Dash is also a good altcoin.
These were the great days of crypto when most of them were great projects and altcoins. But, it won't be back, these altcoins will always be part of the top 10 of most who are depending on reliable altcoins.
NANO, Monero, IOTA
IOTA use to be a top coin, i didn't follow its development but its been one of the most profitable coin. i wanted to buy some of it but i stick to some new ones right now. i also have are few monero that i can't sell because its kept in a file only that i have to recover. upgrading is a pain in the ass as compare to having a mobile wallet really. but this monero i have was here long enough back in 2016. if i still keep it, it will be there til i will forget i have some of it.

My old coins are not as in old coins. These coins are payouts from participating in bounty campaigns which I have no plan yet to sell them like ATL, CRED and CREDITS. I remember when ATL just launch their campaign and its one of the biggest project back then. I don't have any news about their platform. Its seems that they fall too together with other who didn't survive. If the price will eventually rise again at top I will sell these coins and buy some valuable coins.
The only old coin I am holding till date is BTC, ETH and BnB. Others are coins i got through bounty hunting. Aside these aforementioned coins others are normally day trading coins. I am a fan of day trading so always sell and not hold for long and even some of the old coins I got through bounty back then are all worth nothing now.
I have a lot of tokens in my first address, because it's the first time I know crypto and take part in all types of bounty / airdrop promotions. I do everything without researching or reviewing the project review first.

when you have lots of tokens like that I think will have an expensive estimate of value when the cryptocurrency conditions again increase again as happens when the price of bitcoin can reach the peak of the highest price so many altcoins will rise as well, so keep holding it and wait until the price goes up. A few NANO and some other altcoin scam. That is what is left in my portfolio at the moment. I used to hold a lot of altcoins, but after a while, it all fell apart and died. Investing in altcoins is risky so be careful with it
for the moment I do not hold any coins for the long term, but still have some of the remaining prizes that I got from the bounty payment of the past, and seeing it scared me because it was above 100 $ and now only under 1 $, very disappointing but that is the risk holding coins for a long time, especially coins that aren't certain to be legit
I wanna ask what everyone here is holding onto.
I have some very old abandoned coins by dead projects but the ones i can remember from 2017 are NAGA and Bitdegree. The hype around these projects was extremely huge, and then ROGER VER was one of the advisors of NAGA. A sponsored post on Cointelegraph for NAGA got my attention then before I participated in their ICO. For Bitdegree, even before token sale, they secured a lot of partnerships and won some awards, some influencers like Suppoman promoted this too. Lesson here is that we should be careful with the coins we choose to hold long term, no matter the hype.

According to my memory, CENTRA is a scam currency. They were removed from binance and CENTRA CEO was arrested, why are you still holding it up till now? This project is completely dead and prices will not be able to grow These are some of the coins I remember still in my MEW wallets until now.

I have countless dead projects I have held from 2017 till date. Sold off my old good projects and traded them for scam thinking shit will make me Lambo. Alt estate, STQ ubex, Savedriod, Bankera all gone to the wilderness of no return.
