Compared to the general population, I think that Bitcoin holders are more interested to take risks.
Simply holding an asset that is as volatile as BTC will mean someone has a high risk tolerance and likely therefore to also gamble.
That is almost a perfect parable if we compare it with risk. But, The risk itself is already also big, so there will be a possibility of 2x the loss if done simultaneously. I assume people will think twice if they will take also multiple risks. so that's a possibility percentage of fiat holders will be more than much playing gambling than bitcoin holders. Because the risk of fiat holders is smaller, so they will be more comfortable gambling than bitcoin holders. But, when we talk about convenience, of course, bitcoin holders will gamble more because it is easier to make transactions than use the fiat.

Every bitcoiner must have been risking in gambling before Bitcoin was invented. Maybe as bitcoin was birthed they decided to stick with bitcoin trading and investment and say bye to gambling. In conclusion, every bitcoiner must have gambled at a particular time but not all gamblers know about bitcoin.

That's a valid point. Even before bitcoin or the whole crypto in general was commenced, there are surely bitcoiners (or whatever you called it) that are already involved in gambling. Now learning the advantage of using crypto in gambling, others shift their gambling habit from the usual fiat gambling into crypto gambling.

Referring to bitcoin trading and any other bitcoin-related investments, these are just an added option for these crypto gamblers if they are interested in doing so. There are crypto gamblers who also involved themselves in trading while others just remain focus only on crypto gambling.

So with all the freedom and lack of restrictions associated to BTC I think it was a very good environment for gambling to flourish. It has been a very good combo so far. Personally though I think that gsmblers that are accustomed to gambling with FIAT are more inconsiderate with how they gamble. Might just be me but bircoiners want to HODL more than anyone holding FIAT.

What percentage of bitcoin investors are gamblers ?  Where will this figure be if we consider worldwide users ? I think it will be somewhere between 10-20% ? Also, it is possible that most of gamblers are still not bitcoin investors ? I see  less chances of the later happening.
Not all that you see here's a gambler many people does not like to involve in gambling except that may their signature is participating fully in gambling so what they are trying to do is that getting the statistics of the forum members who is into gambling not many of them is a gambler because I know that forum will not more anger of someone to participate in gambling,  so therefore participating in a gambling is basically a personal understanding with you and gambling, some can discuss with issues of gambling but they can not gamble
Well, this is something the  truth that we might be seeing tons of gambling discussion thing but this turns out to be a typical requirement of their signature campaign on which it isnt really that hard to understand and making some responses into those gambling discussions unless if we do speak about into those main threads on specific sports then this is the time that you could really be able to differentiate into those people who are knowledgeable into gambling/betting compared into those people who arent really that playing at all which there are some time that these things are evident or something that you could really be able to notice out. Thisi is why its not shocking that not all would really be that gamblers who had posted into this thread.

All I will say is just from my personal observations and no real data to back it up. In my own case, I will use myself as a case study. I have known gambling before bitcoin, this is because gambling has been in existence for a very long period of time before bitcoin. Infact I will not be surprised if there are still people who know nothing about bitcoin. I mean many of them

Then, both gambling and bitcoin investment is about risk but while one is a professional risk, the other is not considered a professional risk. Every bitcoiner must have been risking in gambling before Bitcoin was invented. Maybe as bitcoin was birthed they decided to stick with bitcoin trading and investment and say bye to gambling. Op I understand what you mean, it will be difficult to give the accurate percentage of Bitcoiners who  gamblers, there are many gamblers who make use of Bitcoin to gamble and to get the number of them is not that easy, I must be sincere with you,  mainly most bitcoin investors that are involved in gambling are those ones who own more bitcoin and wants to gambling to see if they can increase their earnings so that they can either invest it back or with the it for personal use, but thing is that any investor trolling this way may end of not having any investment in bitcoin again as a result of the addiction that's involved.
We will not know the exact amount, especially as a bitcoin investor will not want to reveal his identity to the public or show himself as a gambler who uses a lot of bitcoin. He will always try to hide himself, especially now, that bitcoin is so popular that it makes him want to remain anonymous. Likewise, with the number of gamblers worldwide, we also don't know for sure, especially since gamblers use many methods to deposit their money. Crypto gamblers are also like that because the wide choice of coins for gambling means they don't know who they are, and maybe only the casino owner will know who owns the account that has been gambling at the casino. That number will always change because there may be an increase in the number of beginner gamblers who start gambling because they see lots of gambling advertisements.

The truth is not all Bitcoin investors are gamblers and not all gamblers are Bitcoin Investors.
The percentage of Bitcoin gamblers can never in anyways been accurately predicted rather such measures can only be assumed specifically on Bitcoin investors who are users in this forum.

And why would you possibly think they'd be around 10-20%? I don't think it's possible to get an accurate account of that because there literally no way to find out an exact figure. But my own guess is that majority of gamblers who use crypto casinos to gamble could be involved in Bitcoin investment, so of you can be able to get the total number of crypto gamblers then you might as well have a hint or clue of how much percentage of them would be involved in Bitcoin investment
It's just an estimation. 10-20% means 1 or 2 out of 10 investor is a gambler. There are up to 219 million bitcoin owners, it's hard to say how many of them hold or hodl. Out of 2019 million owners, half of them can be users who use it only for transactions and not for investment purposes. Probably it's safe to say that 1% of bitcoin investors are gamblers too. When I was participating in Bitsler's signature campaign, I was actively checking chat and bets history. One thing that I noticed was that many people who were betting from 1 to 10 bitcoins, were early adopters who had hundreds or thousands of bitcoins and didn't care about loss of 1 or two bitcoins.

Excessive gambling can be a sign of addiction. A gambler is addicted to gambling when he feels that he is losing regularly in gambling but is unable to quit gambling even after losing regularly. Gambling addicted to gambling and gambling as a hobby have the same purpose, the purpose of both is to make money but the purpose of both is the same but the effect is different. A person who is addicted to gambling will have very bad effects of gambling but a person who gambles as a hobby will not have any bad effects of gambling. That's why we should enjoy gambling and take gambling only as fun as we have the chance to win money and gambling will not have any bad effect on us or my family.
It is very difficult for gamblers who are addicted to gambling to admit loss from gambling. They will continue gambling again to recover from their losses or to chase their wins again. However, they tend to want to continue gambling because gambling has become their passion to fill their free time. His goal in gambling is no longer looking for fun and entertainment but has changed, but he himself doesn't know what his goal is now. He just felt that by gambling, he could feel comfortable and not want to do anything else. It will be more dangerous when he only spends his time in the casino without doing other activities because he could become a person with a very serious gambling addiction. And if that happens, it will be difficult for his family because they will definitely be confused about how to cure him.
Responsible gambling can be fun and exciting. In contrast, the situation you describe is very different. When this happens, gambling goes from being a fun activity to an all-consuming addiction. Individual's inability to notice his changing goals is a problem. Isn't it strange that the bettor looks for comfort in something that is clearly leading to a problem? There's more going on here than just passing the time; it's a deeper psychological trick. It's dangerous because, as you said, it could ruin his finances and have a big effect on his family and social life. What is the best way to balance the thrill of gambling with the possibility of bad things happening? Finding the thin line between love and addiction is very important. Support systems are very important in this situation; being aware and acting quickly are necessary. But how can we make sure that the appealing nature of gambling doesn't make us forget how important it is to be self-controlled?
For gambling addiction support system can only yield solution to the gambler when first, the gambler recognizes and accept that he has now turned an addict, and consciously align with the those rendering the anti-addiction support in making sure he escape from it. In otherwords, without the addict agreeing that he's an addict and needs help to be free from the addiction no weight of support system giving will be useful. There are gamblers that have moved from fun gamblers to addicted gamblers and they are not aware they have crossed that thin line, such gamblers are not easy to advise.

Most people who hold Bitcoin, the majority of them are sure gamblers. The reason is simple, the gambling industry being the most widely accepting Bitcoins as a form of payment and only few other industries are as open as gambling platforms to accept cryptocurrencies in general. That is why I think it is in the 70-80% of the users not just 10-20% as most people who hold a large amount of Bitcoins, also have some set aside to entertain themselves and what better way than gambling to have some fun.
Oh no, this isn’t true. Bitcoin wasn’t created for gambling, and the percent has to be low because there are a ton of other things to do with Bitcoin. There are people right now who have heard or even used Bitcoin but do not know that there’s a platform somewhere that accepts Bitcoin for gambling. I think it’s because you’re already used to this information so you forget that it isn’t norm for everyone to know these things.

Quote
Investors are people who invest in different businesses and I doubt Bitcoiners are also investors.
An investor is someone who partakes in any investment. So, what’s an investment? It is putting money or some resource in something with the expectation of gaining profit or benefiting later on. Would you still say that Bitcoiners aren’t Investors?

That is an interesting question, how did you come up with 10-20%? Not sure if there were any polls done here on the forum already, to see how many forum members have gambled in past. Given the large number of gambling posts each week I would expect the number to be much higher than 20%. From my friends that are involved with cryptos as well everybody has gambled in the past and most of them even gamble still today. There are a few factors that have helped to increase that number. First of all the covid pandemic, with many people being stuck at home during lockdowns we were looking for alternative ways to enjoy ourselves. Gambling from home in crypto casinos was a great way to do it and the boom in new casinos shows how many people started gambling. Another factor is the availablity of the internt, with our lifes becoming more mobile we enjoy gambling on our cell phones whenever we have internet. So, I would expect the number of bitcoin investors that have gambled in the past to be closer to 60%, just because it's so easy to access online casinos and the majority of people enjoy gambling.

In the world of investments, you don't need to be a user of a product or service for you to be called an investor as
supporting such could be because the product is viable for it to be sold on the market, though the best investments come from those that one can relate to by being a user and in this example be a gambler and have first hand experience of how the product works.

But what percentage of bitcoin investors are gamblers ? I think less than 40% give or take as the people that invest are low risk takers and gambling already is known to be high risk!
you're absolutely right, as an investor, you don't need to become a user of a product or services but we all have a different perspective when it comes to this matter, Some people wants to try it first so that they will have an idea how it really works or if the product or services is worth to invest, They just follow the rules in investing "Do not invest on the things you didn't know" and it became a reason for some people to do gambling because they believe that it is better to know everything about it before they invest but sometimes it turns out that the  plan to invest is gone because they focused more on gambling.

When a gambler loses a gamble, his only target is to recover his lost money at any cost. The idea of using the lost money leads to greater risk taking, which results in most gamblers taking a bigger risk in the second step and losing more money. At that time a gambler should realize that he is walking on the wrong path and by walking on this path he will never reach his destination. If you start walking on a road without determining your target, but that road will never end. No matter how difficult the road is, you need to make a target of that road and plan how to overcome that difficult road. If you are a gambler you have gambled you have lost wait and try to figure out the mistakes that were from your losses. Find out your mistakes and work on them so that you don't make the same mistakes again.
If a gambler has a target to recover his lost money, it will not be achievable because gambling is not a place to make money and casinos will not give it to him easily. The gambler will experience losses more often than he will have the opportunity to recover the money he lost so he must know that he should not do so because the risk of losing his money will be greater. When a gambler experiences a loss, he should immediately stop gambling and leave the casino so that the desire to recover his losses will not become greater. This is often faced by many gamblers, especially gamblers who do not have good self-control so they will still return to the casino after depositing some money.

It is quote impossible to know What percentage of bitcoin investors are gamblers. I googled this topic and finally used AI but couldn't find it anywhere. It is impossible to truck it. It is possible to track how many wallets are holding bitcoins but how is it possible to track the bitcoins you are holding? So how is it possible to find out which Bitcoin users are gambling? So I think such question is unnecessary
What makes it harder Bitcoin is pseudonymous, one person can own more than one address.

The only way to know is fiat casino, since one person can only have one account in a bank, even they use more than one banks, their names are recorded and we can eliminate it in order to get the actual statistic.

In Bitcoin, it's impossible.
Yes, people could have be able to have;

1. Multiple accounts/multiple addresses
2. Easy in and out of funds

Truly anonymous on what we do all know, there's no way on trying to identify out if those people are indeed owning that huge amount of money
and if they are involved on investment and there's no way on f*ckin to be able to find out and why people would really be that
trying to look with those things considering that its none of our business if they are investing or not? for what purpose? reason?
Everyone could be an investor and a gambler at the same time or otherwise.
