For me, I just spend some money that I can afford to lose. When the price rate of bitcoin and other cryptos drop I just hodl, when I have some profit in trading, I usually get 75% and keep it, after that I spend the again the other 25% so that I continue what I’m doing and when I have this feeling that it's okay to increase I just get the 50% and spend the 50%. I usually don’t invest a lot of money; it's okay for me to gain 100 – 150 $ a month.
Hodl as lang as you can and if you have weak emotion prevent yourself from checking the crypto prices. I have some bitcoin and alts since 2017 and what happened last year is really unforgetable because bitcoin crashed hard. I just hodl that time and I just think if I sold on that moment my paper loss would become real.
In times of bearish market those who have long patience will likely survive and can refrain themselves from selling.Its hard seeing the market and our coins declining in price but if you have an idea right before you invest your hard-earned money, you're aware that this things can happen and its just temporary.
Bear season is a chance to buy additional coins and hodl for those who bought at high price. You wont lose anything until you sell.
Most often, I would choose to just stay away from the charts during a bearish market. I prefer to HODL when everything is solid red. Or park some in USDT. But mostly, I just HODL. That is a better thing to do rather than sell BTC or altcoins. That is contributing to a bearish market. Reading, monitoring the news and developments, are things one must always do. But a bearish market gives me more time for those.

For me bearish is a good thing that traders have a big chances to have a big profit soon when the price will suddenly goes up and it is a great chances to have hodl many altcoins or bitcoin that could be a great long term but if you are in loss just hodl your assets and wait for the comeback. Don't sell it when you are in loss.
Exactly, this is the best moment for the smarts traders to accumulate more in preparation of the bull market, while the weak hands panic and dump, they are silently accumulating not only bitcoin but those altcoins which has a great value.
Whales are whales because they have big holdings and they would not have that big holding if they are not smart.
They could spread FUD and if you are affected with that, that means you belong to the weak hands.
Many traders, especially the experienced one are still making profits during bearish market because not all cryotocurrencies are in red or going down. For those who are victims of FOMO, they can always wait for the market togo up again as long as they did not sell their coins in loss. To the new traders, bearish market is the best time to learn trading but be sure you already the necessary skills to trade during this bearish situation.
The best time to learn at best is during the bearish period. It will wipe off all scamming projects without any standard fundamental, it will teach you a lot that not all that glitters are gold until you accept that the best time to learn is in the period of pain that bear market always produced.

Right we should buy at the bear market or just at the beginning of bull market where we might reduce the time of holding the coins then sell when the market goes much bullish.One who don't have eough understanding or afraid of their investment will do the opposite and tend to lose everything. 
when there is bearish market i have two option which is holding my coins and buy some coins that have a potential to rising up their prices when the market recover, also you must know if your holding coins are still profitable when the market was on recovery soon.

1. SHOULD NOT CATCH THE BOTTOM IF YOU ARE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Therefore, if your knowledge and experience are not enough, it is the best not to see the price drop too cheap and buy it, because in fact you cannot know how much the price will drop.
The thing to do in this period is to jump outside and wait for the price to stop falling, start to create a solid price base or show signs of increasing to consider whether to buy or not.
In the three states of increase - decrease - sideways, the trend of rising prices always gives us the highest probability of buying cryptos.
2. FOCUS ON READING BOOKS, SEEKING FOR INFORMATION, GETTING MORE KNOWLEDGE
Our knowledge is very limited, no one can claim that we know everything in this market. Instead of watching the price board, charts, just find a book about investment, or crypto trading to learn more knowledge from previous people in order to upgrade your level to new heights.
When the crypto market starts to bullish, with the knowledge you have just acquired, will you invest better when you don't know anything?
Bearish market is good for long-term investment. It is actually a blessing in disguise. Just invest in cheap altcoins and wait for the market rebounds. It would certainly be profitable for you.
Long term investors will always see the opportunity and chance with the bearish market. And while the rich quick mindset folks, won't see anything with it because they all think about the positivity of the market. If you can't take the market while its on the bad side, you are not worth it to take those chunks of profits during the bull run. I think all we need in the bear market is to collect and select a good token to invest for good. I believe that the bear market is not a disappointment it is an opportunity to earn a huge amount of profit when the bull market begins crypto is not only about gaining it is also about patience and how to control emotions with a different market situation.
if we don't have assets when we see the bear market until when the bear market will occurand the right time to buy tokens that you think are potential and can be beneficial in the future
and the most important thing is if we have coins when the bear market try to lose 5 - 10% management then cut if more than that because it is terrible if you experience a lot of losses there
Easy to say but hard to do with the current price because you can see for yourself the price of Bitcoin is increasing but the price of Altcoin is not experiencing a change that is too large.
therefore if you realize that bitcoin continues to grow and altcoin stays in place, it should be when bearish happens that you buy as much bitcoin as you can. so now the value of your investment has doubled, with the state of bitcoin continuing to increase. Jump to:
