My suggestion is to watch funny videos on youtube, If you feel like you really wanted to cry " Watch an emotional videos like emotional audition on X Factor, The Voice, or even Sad Movies", If you're sporty, you can try to do it, run, jogging, basketball, volleyball etch, or if you're like you wanted to open up your situation, CALL a friend!.

when I feel the depression in my life what im gonna do is eat, drink beer, smoke cigarrete while drinking coffee. On this way I released my depression.

When I'm depressed so bad that I can't even think properly, I usually meditate (as a mindfulness exercise). When I'm mentally down and can still think clearly, I usually focus on what the situation is trying to tell me or about me. And most of the time, that's something you won't figure out about yourself if you are not down and it has so much value in it.

Take a break and spend some 'me time'. There are times when you need just need to tune out from the rest of the world. Hopefully, you will sort out your issues and everything becomes clearer to you.

I suggest you need someone to talk to, try to open it up to your family or friends because you can't just depends to yourself...you still have someone who will always be there for you.

If you have problems with your family, I think it is a big help if you have someone you trust that you can talk about your problems. Because if you let it out or share it with a friend, then it will somehow ease the burden that you are feeling right now.
