Hi readers,

Two days ago I have been scammed a message lured me to sent btc's to be rewarded with btc's. Is there a way to undo the payment?   I bought with a credit card for the first time btc's and open an Electum wallet where my btc's can transfer to. From the wallet I did the payment to the scammer(s).

Hope it can be fixed.

Kind regards,

Stop hoping that it will be fixed, this is cryptocurrency, you seems to be in an unfamiliar territory, you need to educate yourself on how to secure your machine and your self, before you can advance here, it's a newbie trap, you can't do anything on it but to just move on and charge it to experience.

There is no way after being scammed. You cant get back the eth or btc you send. Just keep yourself in positive thinking and treat it as a trial. Learned and be more carefull in this online industry. Always remember don't trust any people around you. Like in telegram, trust only have the admin tag

Phishing appears on the internet a lot. Because we will never be able to find the information of the fraudsters who have appropriated our BTC assets. The best way to deal with these scammers is to never trust them and send them in advance

Previously I was fooled 0.3 BTC by a scammer on Facebook and that was one last time I was cheated. But I also thank the scammer for helping me to have a valuable lesson. I will never send BTC or ETH before and if there are people wanting to buy BTC and ETH I will ask them to meet and deal directly

We already experience a scam and Yes it's irreversible. Good thing we lost only around 250 USD and not more. What we experience is a phishing site who looks exactly the same on a website that we are currently working with.just take experience about how next time we have more careful and know what have to do before sent bitcoin balance to the other.

It is impossible to back again on what you pay because imagine when there's a person gave a payment to you then he get the pay again?  It is not good right? So it is impossible to get your money back when you pay at scam.

It is the lecture to you to study for some investment to don't just join on some investment.

It is a pity that it happened! tell the scheme of deception in more detail for the rest of the community. Scammers every day come up with new schemes to leave us without funds. Therefore, you need to be more attentive. Do not transfer your private key from your wallet to any of the sites!

Being scammed is part of living in cryptocurrency. I believe that when you were scammed by other people, that doesn't end there. You should try to get up on your feet and try to do whatever it takes for you to do whatever to get up again.

I did not get it, how come that this type of old traps is still working after so long. I am sure there are a lot of people in this community who got scammed dozen of time. And whenever a new user joins the community we should share our experience with them without spamming the forum. Let's make experience sharing a website or even better let's attach a Reddit link on the roof section so every new user can review all the previous experience we all had.

If we get being scammed, we fell it regrets because we miss our effort of bitcoin. We cannot solve it anymore. We bear it in our mind that next time we learn more how to manage our own so that we will not scammed it again.

If you are tricked, I think there is no way to get your wallet back. You only have to learn after what you have; you should preserve your account. Or you can contact the 3rd party to keep your bitcoin number
Yes, you cant retrieve what they've stolen from you. So for next time dont trust no one and just be careful on where you put your wallet password. Learn from your mistake, because mistakes is a great teacher. Dont be a fool to be scammed for the second time, if you got scammed again then you didn't learn. I guess that bitcoin is not yours to keep. Just find another thing to invest to.

For me if I got being scammed I think I have nothing to do because it is very difficult to traced cause it is decentralized. What we are going to do just to relax and I hope it will not happened again.  next time We must be carefull so that it will not scammed again.

I encourage you to forget about it and consider it a bad debt. Use it as an experience to avoid falling back. Every time someone promises you a seemingly nonsense return, ask yourself what that person will do with my bitcoin to give me promising results, and if you don't know how he can double your money then it's fraud.

The fastest step to prevent the emergence of new victims is that Mommies immediately blocked the online shop. Blocking requests can be made directly through the bank's call center where the offender opens his account. Even though Mommies transfers from a bank that is different from the perpetrator, the bank through the call center will continue to process our report.
First of all you have to be still to stay on focus when this kind of bad thing is happening to you. You need to recover what is being scammed on you because that's your property and you can't afford to lose that. Just i case that the scammer was able to do his/her motive on you which is to scam then you must be careful next time to avoid those kind of bad experience.

When you know that you are being scammed, then dont continue it because it will just make fun of you and waste your time. Scammers are everywhere and they cant be stopped by anyone. It is just in us on how we will defend ourselves to the different scammers out there.

Sorry for your loss, I think nothing you can do.  Well you can pray, who knows the scammer kindly return your bitcoin.  Man, why don't you just send it to me?  I'll thank you and use that coin for good.

Look at that, you get merit for this!  I don't know if you really need that.  Huh

if you expect to cancel the transaction I do not think it is possible, you should be more careful in believing someone else next time.

It's quite unfortunate that nothing can done about it. The blockchain technology is an irreversible transaction that once initiated cannot be stopped nor altered. I feel you pain anyways. Just brave up and move on.
