I would continue to hold them until the price reaches great heights. And it will not happen soon, I think. Therefore, long-term retention is the best option in this case.
13 bitcoins at today's price should be kept as long as possible, since doing anything with them at this price is extremely unprofitable. I, unfortunately, do not have so many coins, but if I had them, and the price would be much higher than today, I would buy a big house for my family.
No matter how many bitcoins I have, I will keep them until the price rises. The market is in a deplorable situation now, and no matter how many bitcoins you have - 1 or 13, you should not sell it.
Well i would save 5 bitcoin(BTC), then i would invest 5 bitcoin, and then with my 3 bitcoin i would spend on buying games,stuff,money ing games,and ect.

13 bitcoin is a huge amount of money, but now as you can see the price of bitcoin is not as good as the past year so if I were on your shoes, I will hold it until the right time comes that the price of bitcoin will increased and that is the time that I will sell it and invest it to different tokens.
Having 13 bitcoin is a huge amount of money with the current price of BTC and If I owned it I will hold 50% in bitcoin and diversify some to good altcoins that can make my investment balance. Also I will cash-out 5 BTC for my business plan to build a beach resort that can be a good source of income even if the crypto will stay in bearish I can still have earnings.

I will be lucky person if i have 13 bitcoin but my advise to those who have this much bitcoin to use these in multi projects and utilize this for future like in these days gold is also good buy some gold and keep it with you and some convert into other coins many new ICO are in the market invest in that decide to make a portfolio for good profit and hire some online services for earning too now a days every thing is available on internet and we can use this technology to go ahead in life.

Actually I don't understand the question that much, but as what I understand he/she is asking what will I do if ever I have 13 bitcoins. For me I think will keep some and some will be invested for projects to earn from it. Maybe if I have much I willl share some with my family members specialy with my mom. 
You can convert or sell your bitcoin and buy altcoin have profitable to get profit, many altcoin kinds will give you more profit than you have keep or save your bitcoin asset, altcoin could growing up more than 100% than bitcoin price change.

Bitcoin today is far more valuable than it was when this post was made three years ago. If I had 13 Bitcoins, I will surely purchase a good number of alts to build a strong portfolio. Alts have great potential to grow in value just like what happened to Bitcoin. But of course, I will leave a few Bitcoins in my stash for future use.

I have not thirteen bitcoin but if it is i own then first thing i will start using this for investment purpose and i will buy a large number of coins and then i will invest some in other projects which kyc is good and that is popular so i will go for that side and being a professional user of the crypto you have to manage your crypto and chance to make money in the present time.
I not did with 13 bitcoin but the more bitcoin you use the risk is higher
if i have 13 bitcoins i would save 10 btc into cold storage and 2 btc for invest by buying an altcoin and i would spend 1 btc for playing my favourite gambling games blackjack
Gambling is your choice. So I don't want to say anything about it. You are going to gamble away the entire 1 BTC, or are you going to stop at some point, and say that: "I had enough. Let me keep the rest for long-term holding"?

Really? What happen if you need money and the only thing that you have is your Bitcoin. Don't ever say that you never have though to sell them, that's the biggest bullshit I have ever heard. You can save some while you can use the rest to buy something or even invest them to other assets.
You can partly trade them and with a other part simply hold it so you can make some nice profits with the bitcoin itself.
