With the current state of bitcoin prices fluctuating, I will only look for a safe position to be patient in holding the bitcoin that I have while thinking of a strategy to restore market prices. I chose to hold because I did not want to suffer losses when the price was deteriorating. But after the price seems to improve, I will sell all of my bitcoins and exchange them for ethereum. I see ethereum more potential for the future. I see ethereum also more technologically useful.

hold it for few months till btc price going up to ~$500 and sell it when it happening, simple,and less risky but need time

I think the only answer in this bear market is do holding which can help to gain good income one the price goes up. Doing holding will takes time because you will sell it in the right time which the price of bitcoin was goind to the moon. If you ever have 13 bitcoin I suggest that just hold it. or do use it for paying my monthly bills
Best advice of the day : don't tell to anyone that you have this amount of BTC and protect yourself with cold storage

I think 13 bitcoin is enough to buy a motorcycle or a car, and I can pay my rent house bill by that amount.
and the best part I like about bitcoin is because I can earn bitcoin from my house. I can also work in freelance. so it is easy to get bitcoin than fiat for me.

With bitcoin I can earn money easily and I love this part obviously.Also I can transfer money worldwide with a very low transaction fees.Again, Bitcoin is tax free so I can save a lot of money.Also some times I can recharge my mobile anytime with bitcoin.I can buy many digital goods with bitcoin.

If somebody knew this secret and shared it with others, don't you think everyone here knew it and we'd all live a luxury life? If anyone knew it, they wouldn't ever share it with anybody. You wouldn't do it either. What you should do with 13BTC is investing it in a profitable business, I think. Risking money in gambling or in trading isn't a good way of earning something off it, nor is any ponzi "get rich fast" shheme.
I would start my own business to multiply that 13BTC, but will never resort to gambling or high risk trading. Investing on ICO Startups will not be beneficial in the long run. a

I would spend those bitcoins with investing in various bitcoin startups because bitcoin is next big thing and the bitcoin service providing companies would have great future because world will need someone to manage the transactions without damaging anonymity.

Yeah it's the right thing to do as long as it's your dream opening a business and accept bitcoin is my dream.
I also want to do the same thing, as my dream is to bring bitcoin to my country and by doing that, I will also change people's concept of bitcoin. As in my place, there are still some people think that bitcoin is just a scam and they don't want bitcoin to appear in their lives. If you want to get rich then hold those amount for 2 years to turn your 13 btc to 26 btc... If you are fear of future ban or simmering like that then start trading or lent your bitcoin to trader yo will get hefty profit.

I will spend 2 btc on trading.And since bitcoin price is increasing rapidly.
I will just put 11 btc on a cold storage.After couple months, when I will be on a profitable position,
I will convert 11btc to local fiat.I think holding btc is the right choice and it's less riskyer than trading or gambling.

This is the right move for me too, trade and keep because it is increasing rapidly and there must be possibility that the value of it will increase half of total value in fiat and in that time I am reach already..
Anyways 13 or 11 Btc is a quite a big amount and should be wisely used and spend.
with 13 bitcoins I will spend 3 bitcoins for trading altcoins with cheap price and 6 bitcoins for ICO projects
