Honestly, i use to be an all time blockchain investor. i use to buy any New blockchain start up that has potentials. then Defi is taking over. i have choice but to switch to DEFI platform. i hope to gather little money from it to get ready for the next wave or section that will hit the crypto system.

I like daily trading and took profit from daily trading. Its need proper knowledge and research for Daily trading. You need prepare yourself for live update, events, news regarding altcoin you wanted to trade because if you are not prepared yourself then you can loose your fund. Their are many exchanges who provided high leverage trading which is very risky. So you need to be active if you are trading in future. I usually took profit time to time. If I made 100 dollars profit then I put 50 dollars in btc for long term and 50 dollars withdraw for my daily expenses.

This is a very good one. Have been an hodler for a very long time and i want to become a professional trader. I want to make profit on a daily basis and not hold coins for years before i can get a good profit on it

I'm not a trader of professional trader I think I'll go with Hodler since even what happens to the market I just hodl it and only make withdrawals when a lot of people are panicking to sell or if I really need to.

I belong more to HODLER...
Since becoming a housewife, I can't trade as focused as when I was alone, being a HODLER and hoping that one day these assets will go up isn't bad, it's proven that some of the assets I bought months ago have gone up by a few percent and even some are up 300% that is ETH.

I am trying to become a professional trader in this market, in the past I just bought altcoins and held them for long term to wait for profit. But that is not optimal and I do not get too much profit, so I am trying to understand the market and the knowledge to become a trader in this market.

I've been a crypto investor for almost 4 years, I've experienced types of newbie investors, crypto enthusiasts and hodlers.
Now I am an early adopter, hopefully next year I can become a professional trader. Now I am studying the best trading strategy,
in order to consistently generate profit. It doesn't matter the profit I make is small, as long as it is every day can make a profit.

Then you need to learn how TA works this is what daily traders do when they want a daily profit .

To OP from the list I am in  crypto enthusiasts and a little bit holder since my holdings right now is not that large  but I have plan to add more in the future.

I just holder and trader, but I am not a pro trader like other traders out there. I still need to learn and practice more to know how to analyze better because I think that learn trading will need more time to become a pro. I know that sometimes I make a mistake in analyzing the market and the price, but I don't want to give up because I still want to make more profit.

I'm honestly none of the choices you stated in your post lol, my behaviour depends on my analysis and sometimes on my own feelings. I care about hodling some tokens and coins sometimes and i do it but i might dump anytime, it's all related to my analysis and my doubts/feelings as i stated so i don't belong to the "hodlers".
I'm more of a professional trader than a newbie, i don't trade always, i use a good capital and my work depends really on doing graphical analysis, reading the news and collecting as much infos as possible before any movement.

Most of the Holders are also occasional traders who may sell and buy cryptos when their goal is reached who are similar to crypto enthusiasts but not going to hold the cryptos forever if they call themselves as an investor.I am also one of that kind, me to sell parts of cryptos when the pries gets hiked and will buy again at more cheaper price.

I cant pick on your choices. But I am closer to being an holder. I cant considered my self as newbie cause I know how to make strategy and even do nice trades. But Im not qualified with the professional holders when you say expert is big word. I thought you can say that, but thats applicable to only traders that can analyze well the market.

I think I can fit on #3.

Since I hold a lot of coins, (many dead sh!tcoins) I can say I am a hodler since 2016. I still have (Nani) XRB from the initial airdrop.

I don't spend any of my coins since I have a good paid sallary (for my country) and I made from crypto a retirement fund, I take and hold anything I can get from mining, bounties, services etc.

ahaha #3 ahaha ...
don't lie , crying othell_rogue , damn you're totally #0 - lice of dead investors as you're stating bold fake facts on all threads you don't like. Achtung! this lice will bite & shit with it's twins anywhere he goes ('invests')

I prefer to be a Holder and Professional Trader because I always take profits in the short term and this is quite a lot of money and I have held the top coins for a long time, I am just sure that the coins I hold will provide many benefits in the future
I think if you want to always get money then all you have to do is keep running short-term trading because if you use a long-term trading method it will only give you a longer profit process because you have to wait until the cryptocurrency price becomes expensive and on target, while trading short term has a gap of 5-10% profit is enough with very much profitable capital will provide many benefits.

but sometimes there are types of investors who should be newbies but insist on being a professional in order to get profits quickly. this must be avoided because it will be detrimental. science skills do not match the pattern of being professional and that makes them work less optimally

For me more like the technology attracted me to cryptocurrency. I hold coins I can hold and sell off if I feel I have to move to another coin. Being a holder is not easy but with the right coin one wins big
It actually requires some level of patience and that is one of the hardest virtues to find in the space. There are times that you might be holding a gem, which usually is meant for the long term, but just because you want a quick bulk and with a slight increase in price, you quickly sell off. It requires some level of discipline as well. Most especially when you tell yourself, this is what i am going to do and you stick to your plans.

I fall under two categories of crypto investors as pointed out by OP; crypto trader and holder. Crypto trader because I do short term and mid term trading, and also holder because I hold BTC and ETH including few altcoins for very long term. I think being a trader has paid me more, even though I'm a part time trader with an offline job.

In your list, I am number 3. I am holder and that too for somewhat medium to long term. I believe by holding, or accumulating at lower prices, may get better benefits than the trading of cryptocurrencies. Also, we need to ensure diversity in our investment to keep ourselves away from too many losses.
