I was just about to applaud your post suggesting a ban on pressure cookers, and was going to suggest a legal vs illegal pressure range (which is really the only important factor when determining whether or not a device is an actual pressure vessel, and of course the only way to ensure safety when cooking with such items) when I realised the thread had degenerated to a discussion about handguns. i have to give credit to the dillhole that you are arguing against though. I think technically he is right.
