I think the majority of us have experienced the most annoying things and made us not even want to do activities for a while because we experienced bad luck. Have you ever bet with small money and continued to win and after we had a large accumulation and our money had become very large but before withdrawing we intended to double our balance and risked it all at once and lost?

Incidents like this sometimes make me lose my appetite and I become lazy about doing activities throughout the day. But fortunately for now I can control myself more and am no longer greedy. So I can avoid annoying incidents.
But for problems like what happened in the video shared by the OP, I have never experienced it. And I hope that doesn't happen to me. Because it really hurts. 
And maybe I will lock myself in my room for a week and lose my appetite again

Well, that's good to hear since many people are not so lucky when it comes to gambling, it is fun to know that there's still people out there who experiencing luck all the time, Well about the device issue, it's really annoying if our mobile devices experiencing malfunction or other issues, feels like our momentum has been taken away by that incidents and it will probably cause a person to lose the game, So my advice is  to always have a spare device for gambling to avoid having log issues and delayed functions, If none, make sure that you have a stable internet connection because sometimes it's all about having poor connections.  

Funny? This is just pathetic, what bad luck! Technical issues can happen at any time, it could be from the platform or the gadget of the bettor, and it could also be from the internet connection. I have witnessed all of that personally in gambling but it has not been so devastating that such a huge amount of money would now be lost. In my experience, at times, it could be to yy slight advantage or disadvantage and I have always been careful to bet with reliable casinos so that they will not be the ones that will cause such an issue for me with technical faults. Well, as human beings, it will pain us, but if it has happened, it has happened, and there is nothing we can do about it unless we want to keep on hurting ourselves, so we let go and be open for another try next time.

In the video shared by OP, unless the problem occured only when the man was betting, that gambler should already know his device had to be replaced by a new one, because it's likely it was malfunctioning while being used for other apps in general as well, as a damaged device won't work properly for anything. If it's really the case, I think the man was too irresponsible to use that device for gambling, because such issues were expected. Actually, I think a device like that shouldn't be used for any matters involving money, as the risks of something going wrong and losing funds forever are too high. Imagine sending a transaction to someone and the button doesn't work, but after a while you see it not only worked, but also sent the transaction twice... I understand money is hard to acquire for everybody right now, and that if the man had conditions he would be using a better device, although at same time to use a damaged smartphone isn't helping either.

A device malfunctioning from time to time is to be expected, since the more you use it the greater the chances of a failure to happen, and since this is the case people need to have a plan when that happens.

In my case I make sure to keep backups of all my information, while at the same time I avoid keeping my coins or other apps that could store money there as I know phones can break at a moment’s notice, so whenever this has happened to me I can just get another phone or get it repaired, and avoid going through any anguish over it as I know that I am not really losing anything due to my phone breaking.

I'v had similar experience few months back when I played a crash game and I anticipated it crashes at some point so just immediately before it crashes I decided to cash out and the site had a glitch and didn't allow me cash out and they still didn't compensate me for the glitch but then if I had cashed out I would have made some few dollars but then I wouldn't mention the name of the casino here for personal reasons. After getting into this discussion, I honestly see that people do make PCs the best alternative to switching from cell phones as a precaution so that cases like the OP's do not happen to us, yes maybe it's true and I you make PCs as an alternative, you have mentioned some of the advantages such as faster processing and more controllable because these devices are much more powerful and superior than cell phones, but maybe the problem is that you won't be able to fully utilize the advantages of this type of online casino which basically makes it easier for gamblers to play anytime and anywhere, you might only be able to play at home, and what about some people who don't have a PC at home? Couldn't play the video for some reason sadly. Still, though, slipups aren't exactly something new, even happen with pc, let alone with mobile phones. It's just that... it's rather surprising how he has this record, whatever happened. You'd usually never have a reason to, unless ofc this was a duplicate of what ever originally happened and they just did the exact same steps to replicate it.

Anyhow back to the slipups, I don't think I've had anything big? It usually just stems from adding another 0 (oops, that's actually pretty big in some scenarios) or misclicking say in crash by stopping early on when you originally had no plans to.

so far i've never experienced any bad incidents when gambling, maybe it's just because i'm lucky that until now my gambling is still running smoothly. but it's really annoying when the device we use doesn't function properly during a gambling session because some of my friends have experienced this problem where their smartphone suddenly restarts/freezes when playing slots and it makes them crazy and i just laugh just look at them.

It's sad to see when someone's good luck turns into ash because of a device malfunction.
