There is a few new ICO's that i liked but they don't seem promising to me just yet.

Take a look at Heardbeats ICO . They are in the pre-ICO phase right now and are starting to get some traction. The projects focusses on a VR concert experience for people that missed out on the ticket sales or cannot physically attend a concert for any other reason. This could be very successful since they are about to enter a billion dollar market with disruptive VR technology. The website and whitepaper look very professional and the team is very transparent and always answering questions is the telegram group. I believe this ICO will gain a lot of attention in the upcoming weeks and therefore I'm backing it.
Recently I saw that there was a lot of hype over the ICO Electroneum, but i really don`t see what all the fuss is about. Could someone please tell me what specifically makes that ICO so successful? 
Personally I am looking at Crowdholding right now. They have a great team, nice concept, have a beta and are open and willing to anwser any questions (some ICO's just keep quiet)

A lot of this coins are just being used to crowdfund, I am more interested in doing reviews on coins with utility
My personal favourite upcoming investment is NEUFUND. They try to create new way how ICOs are behing held. Also it is not a common token sale. You only commit your ETH for 18 months and you will receive NEU tokens for free. But you can withdraw your ETH at any time for a 10% fee. Many well-known advisors are backing this project.
I'm keeping an eye on Crowdholding, i think these guys will go big.

I'm only interested in IDEX because it's a decentralized Ethereum exchange. They have a working product which is a positive sign. I wouldn't invest on whitepapers, I invest on working projects. Even if they had alpha version, I need to see the product first before investing.
Decentralized exchanges are fairly common, so I would certainly wait until it has a product that is working and accepted by the community.

Keep them coming I see a lot of good potential coins to review. I see a lot of pretty LQ coins though as well, so I would recommend you guys researching more about the coins if you are actually interested in investing.

I would definitely recommend Ethereum and Waves. I follow their actions and I think they will soon be the powers of a viral coin. I've invested a lot and think it's a lot of benefits.

Enjin is about to close (I believe today is the last day). I invested a small amount there, and I am debating on if I should invest a bit more.
