Multibit HD for desktop.. Because this is the first wallet I ever downloaded (after Bitcoin core) and used. Didn't use bitcoin core because my internet bandwidth wasn't good enough to sync with the entire blockchain.

I used mycelium for android once and It was really good. However, I use blockchain right now and I think it's time to switch back to mycelium again Smiley

I use a wallet which originated from my country. It is an online wallet but because their main office is just nearby, I chose to use it over other wallets because it is by far the safest for me.

Same here. Even if we can say that blockchain and coinbase are one of the biggest online wallets available in the market. We still love to choose using local wallets because it is way more convenient for us.

I need local wallets so I can easily convert my bitcoin to fiat whenever I need money. Aside for that, I think we also need more secure wallet. We must not put all our bitcoin in one wallet, if one wallet is hacked or lost, not all our funds is lost.

I myself use 3 different wallets. One is on my Android device, one on my desktop PC and one online.

The one i like the most is on my desktop, MultiBit. I like it because you can quicky generate new deposit adresses and keep track of your incomes and outcomes. I only use Blockchain for some payments, and on my mobile phone i have MyCelium wallet, which i use for mobile/QR code scanning payments.

What wallets do you use and which one do you prefer and why?

I used bitcoin core and multibit, these two are proven and tested, aside from that I never heard any controversies or any negative feedback from the community which means it has a good history.

I am basically using Coinbase and i would also love to share my experience as it always feels safer than any other exchange platforms or wallet provider.

Why?

-> Coinbase is an exchange Platform which also offers wallet to keep your money safe.
-> Coinbase is one of the oldest platforms in which you can easily rely on.
-> It Offers good Value of Bitcoin according to Market price of BTC
-> Easy to signup and easy to verify
-> The most secured with two-step verification system
-> It also offers QR code (authentication security)

Please, go with the coin base. its really cool and safe to make deals.

Regards,

emersonlogan62

this is just my opinion, i think jaxx wallet is better than coinbase, we can exchange our bitcoin to other altcoin in minute with decentralization system, so we are the owner of our currency, no people can freeze our money, no people can touch our money too.

I use blockchain for my transaction. And to save my bitcoin, bitcoin wallet that I use specifically in my area. I use a special bitcoin wallet in my area because it was able to exchange my currency, and that I think the most secure wallet for verification of identity and the need to submit photos of themselves.

So far I used now bittrex, poloniex, and nova exchange, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. But as time pass by I never encounter any problem while I'm using their bitcoin wallet address.

Since i know bitcoin I am using blockchain because I have very little amount of bitcoin and I don't care for its extra security and sometimes i need bitcoin to buy online goods so blockchain suits me best. And also it does have android and ios app make the wallet simple to use.

I don't hold huge amount of coins at a moment so I am using only one wallet and that is multibit as it has great security features and you also have an backup so if anything goes wrong, you can recover your coins easily.

I only use one wallet because if i am going to use lots of wallet maybe i am really be confusing
Maybe you will never feel a confused if you're wanna for set your strategy for making the type a data for that. and that is just for breaking your amount into some partial. and increasing your security.
just a little mixer, maybe.

i am using mycelium. for me, its a good wallet and the best, beside that, my android phone is just low android model so mycelium can work properly in my android phone. beside mycelium, i use blockchain for a long time ago until now to keep my bitcoin. in blockchain, i think its a safer place to keep and hold in to blockchain.

im using multi wallet jaxx on my android, i think it's very safe because we can backup and restore our privekey Smiley

I sometimes doubt the credibility of android application wallet. Aside from xapo and coinsph i don't want to use other wallet , if ever that there would be a block chain or coin base application wallet i  guess i would consider them as well.

All the above, coinbase is just an online wallet is not usually as secured as a standalone wallet per we are seeing many bitcoin exchanges are getting hacked. Another big reason why I am not choosing coinabse : they are not allowing us to have our privatekey of bitcoin addresses unlike blockain.info.

that is right.
it really doesn not matter how many nice features they offer, many of which will never be used by regular users. what matters is that they are a web wallet and we do not even have access to our own private keys which mean we do not have any bitcoin if they say so.

Me, since I only have a little amount of BTC, I just use the online wallet from my local exchange. I do not worry if it will be hack because I can easily earn it.
