My experience was the same as yours, didn't made that much on my beginning days. Until I've decided to stop it and just focus in holding. I guess you can consider that there's still trading in it but, it only happens when you want to sell at a higher price or buy when the price was a bit low but you have to wait again. So it's a combination of patience and target selling/buying.

I also want to learn from cryptocurrency trading experience from you. According to me before trading you have to carefully understand the market, prices, partners ... is the best way, from time to time. You and I and many others want to buy at low prices and sell at high prices.

The first time I encountered Loch while doing crypto trading was because I didn't know much about trading. Then when I struggled a lot with it, I brought it to my Iowa and learned about trading. Like Sarpot, it took a long time to learn the resistance chart. Rules of crypto trading
Simply invest in what you can afford to lose
Always pay attention to bitcoin.
Never put all your fruit in a basket
Do not be greedy
Don't invest blindly
Don't FOMO
Classify your investments and look at the long picture.

I already knew bitcoin in 2016 where at that time the price of Bitcoin was very cheap. I was trading using only a small capital at that time because of the economic crisis, don't know why I didn't try to buy a lot of Bitcoin by borrowing people's money or borrowing banks at that time, lapse one year later Bitcoin rose dramatically where if buying at that time could become rich suddenly but unfortunately I regret not buying Bitcoin at that time. maybe the experience of regret at that time but thanks to that, I can learn a lot about cryptocurrency now and more want to explore trading some altcoin that has the potential like Bitcoin.

At the start, I was looking for some trading bots, cause they are working much better than people. I had only few USD in crypto so there was a minimum of bots which were able to trade my money. Then I had a few months break and started to trade on my own. I had a strategy to buy tokens with the highest looses and looked at its graph if it has stopped falling and rising. Then I open order for price few % lower than it had before fall (I believed in V pattern as now at Dow Jones Index). I never had a stop loss. It worked quite well, cause I bought KMD and it took 1 month until it was sold back to BTC and I was annoyed of that waiting so I stopped and started to find another way how to earn crypto.

I don't have any not that bad experience when it comes to trading cryptocurrency. I don't consider losing my first capital in trading a bad experience since it really happens for most newbies like me at that time.

Maybe what I can consider as my bad experience is that I didn't sold my token rewards from bounty campaigns back when I'm still joining bounty campaigns. When this token has been listed, I sold around 70% of it at a high price at that time and decide to hold the remaining 30% hoping that it will rise in the next years but it was the exact opposite of what I'm expecting. I hold the token for around 1-2 years but the price of it was 3x lower than the price I initially sold my tokens. I just sold the remaining ones since I really need money at that time and luckily it got liquidated.

If i have to share crypto trading experience it might be very long if I tell you everything, because it's been 4 years that I have
been trading crypto. And a lot that I experienced during those 4 years, starting from the good experiences to the bad experiences.
I have felt all of it. And the most memorable experience was that when I lost $ 1,000 in a few hours in 2018, it was a crypto trading
experience the worst I've ever experienced. I was FOMO when I started in 2018 by buying lots of altcoins at peak prices.

Mine was in 2018, I made $25,000 almost out of nothing because i started of with about $100 around late 2017 and then I ended up being greedy(a newbie's common mistake) instead of selling off the shitcoins I had stacked. The shitcoins would then start dumping. I was too stubborn to sell off thinking the price would bounce back but the dumping just continued. At the end, I traded off when it was too late and just got roughly only $4,000 Grin

I've made 1.28 Bitcoins from 0.0004 bitcoin back in 2017 December! At Cryptopia exchange, and i thought it wont stop , but after some months i lost 50% of my money cause it dropped a LOT.
I was stupid, i didn't sold at top price, but i was new on trading. Can show proofs about it

It was losses for me also, although not as big as the other big time traders out there but it was huge for me especially that it was only the money i can trade.
Right now i've learned that im not good in speed trading (day trading) that's why i've decided to switch strategy and HODL in a long term as i see huge profits in it.

Probably like other members, in 2017 the amount you could get from trading was really insane. You could get more than 2k dollars in just one run where you can't do that in 2020 yet. The hype on ICO was really great back there, even though we have IEO or other scheme but it's not bringing any difference I believe.

It is common to read commerce is not for everyone, and it is somewhat contradictory, it is if or if, if you have a cryptocurrency.

In a way, I had previous experience, since I already managed things like e-wallets, where you had to exchange paypal, for skrill, Neteller, payeer, etc. (it's comparative, I'm not saying it's the same)

People who come to crypto many times do not understand how a wallet works or understand how Exchange DEX, CEX, fees, etc. work. and they want to start trading.

Trade is not difficult, you have to remove that stigma, just like any investment you should know its advantages, disadvantages, read the FAQ and after all that, change your assets. You liked the result, well, because we need people who always sell at any level of market volatility.

my friend will always say that one should get the right knowledge before embarking on any kind of adventure. If any crypto fan wants to adventure into crypto trading, i will advice the person to seek adequate knowledge on crypto currency before taking a leap into it. it has been a bumpy ride without the application of the required knowledge adn funds have been lost to the volatility of the market and the funniest part is that nobody gets to answer to you how it got lost.

Trading some Cryptocurrency is really hard to deal with unless you are an experienced one. Some trades are really hard to get over because you expect some profit out of them. We really need to read some news about what we are trading about for us to be aware or predict on where its price will be expected to be. It was a really good experience when you are trading for a lot of Cryptocurrency because in some way, you win and you lose.

Yeah, that will depend on how we can control ourselves if the market is going down. Calm down while the market is down will be better than to panic sell because we don't know if the price is down for a few minutes, and then the price will increase so high. If you can control yourself, you will see the chance to make a profit from the various coin. But still, calm down in the bear trend will be difficult as we will see, the volatility of the price will happen many times.

i am trading in crypto since 2017, and basicly crypto different with forex. And if i am buy crypto token or coin, i will stay calm if price going down. Because, i am sure they will up again.

So, if you want to play crypto again..... get rid of your panic.

Most of us had some hard experiences at first, I remember the first time I traded it was BTC / Doge I did a good deal at the time and thought I had become a trading expert and trading was very easy, but then I found out how wrong I am.
Trading is not an easy thing, it needs a lot of learning, analysis, patience and other attributes necessary for every trader and experience is the best teacher. It is true that I got some big losses but it was my best teacher because I learned from my mistakes.
