My boyfriend pushed me to join bitcoin for about half year before I finely joined. I registered this site and began to make some little coins on faucets till my rank rised and I could join my first campaign. Since that time a year passed and I still make bitcoins the same way. Just now to me it's really good money that make my life easier and a bit better.

When I first started about a year ago, I bought some and thought of investing, invested in cloud mining (hashocean) lost all of it. And learnt a valuable lesson.
After that its only bitcointalk so far...
the bottom line is all that is in the world bitcoin, both methods get bitcoin, and the other two are all at high risk, because bitcoin decentralization so you are fully responsible for all the things you do.

Unfortunately I did not take the bitcoin very seriously at first, and that is why did not buy any coin when its price was very cheap, several years ago. It is undoubted that I was very negligent at first.  Embarrassed

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
My experiences have been positive so far, I have never been scammed and I have bought some quality products in the forum, I started doing faucets so I could understand better what this tech was about, after that and since I was impressed by it I bought some bitcoin that reevaluated itself very rapidly and I spent it, then I got out of the bitcoin world for some time and then I returned.

I do HYIP site and the result was all the same they are scam they just put some announcement that they have been hack or something then the bitcoin you invested to them are gone.
It is sad that a new person starting bitcoins got scammed by some HYIP sites because its kind of discouraging signs for anyone.

When I started with bitcoins I had no clue how to earn it, I just knew that this is not controlled by someone and its like gold which we save and sell, never thought it would get converted into a currency.

That was one of the things that disappointed me too when I first started into Bitcoin. I was greedy at first, and thought that I could make huge amounts of money with cloud mining services. At the end, I've realized that most of them were scam, due to unpaid coins, lack of company information, names of employees, among other factors. Most of my investments in cloud mining were lost due to many of them claiming that they were hacked. Services like cloudminr.io, GAW Miners, HashProfit, and others were nothing but scams and ponzis which just turned out to steal lots of Bitcoins from their customers.

I've learned a valuable lesson since then, and now I'm only dedicated to buying mining hardware, building mining rigs, and promoting cryptocurrency services.  Smiley

When i first started at earning bitcoin i always invest in those hyip and ponzi sites. That time i think it is a legit way of passive income and can last for many years until most of them become scam. Before i even reach my roi i already lost my bitcoin invested to those sites. I also get addicted to gambling and lost many bitcoin. Until i find about this forum and now i'm just focusing here to earn.
When I started my bitcoins journey there were not many ponzi or investment sites rather most of the sites were about faucet and game sort of sites.
I earned some bitcoins with a faucet and that I remember was my first experience taking free money online. Though price was low at that time and guys a sad story is, I once had 6 around bitcoins in a wallet but unfortunately I thought its useless and deleted it Sad
Six bitcoins which is much worthy, I have been earning from pay per click previously and the payment was provided through PayPal. At one stance it went as a scam, and started to ignore all such earnings online. Finally through my friend got to know about the much potential and trusted bitcoin an year back and started using it soon after few months.

When i first started , i didnt even know what This World was all about .
Started as a Newbie , There was only one campaign that would take Newbie's.
But later on i kept posting and now i am an official Member.
It was very hard to post at the beginning , know how to post and stuff.
But now i have a firm grip over such stuffs.
It was a tough path , but now its pretty straight.

Good to know. I've kind of started the same way when joining the signature campaign. It did know much about Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology by the time I started posting on it for the first time (as I was a complete noob). But as time went by, I learned more about Bitcoin everyday as the campaign motivated me to look out into other sections of the forum, thus expanding my knowledge making questions and looking for answers about it. Since then, I became interested to learn more about the exciting technology underlying Bitcoin, as I believe that it is the future.

If it wasn't for the campaign, then I wouldn't have learned almost everything about cryptocurrencies and the blockchain.  Smiley

Bitcoin = Freedom
I bought around 10 bitcoins for 1000 euros (2-3 months worth of median salary where I come from) in April 2013, the price doubled to $260 shortly after and then crashed to the ground. I managed to sell with profit on the way down but it took me hours of refreshing lagged Bitstamp. I was so exhausted I cried like a bitch lol.

Then a couple of months later I started margin trading on Bitfinex not knowing shit about trading. I longed the last leg of a downward Elliot wave without any SL so of course my position was margin called. I lost everything and then the trend reversed. I cried again. I hated Bitcoin so much for next couple of months.

Then I deposited new money and I bought again, this time at $900 (lol). Initially, I wanted to buy at $88 before the Willy bot created the bubble, but my order never got executed as it only went down to ~$89 and then all the way up to over $1000.

Anyway, so I bought at $900 as it was crashing from the all-time-high. It crashed to around $160 I think but at that moment I was totally emotionally detached from trading. I was buying at different prices even for the very low of $175 as it went down. Glad I did.

Fast forward, I day traded a bit on the way up, erased my loss, and held my coins ever since (I also spend them a lot). If I cash out now, the profit would be little less than 1000%.

Even though I lost some money initially, it was a very valuable experience. I learned tons about patience and getting rid off emotions when it comes to money.

I don't trade anymore, I'm more into promoting Bitcoin, teaching people about it and learning the technical side myself too. Bitcoin became a lifestyle for me.

I really knew close to nothing at all. Before I was formally introduced with Bitcoin and the forum, I used to play an iPhone app called "Bitcoin Billionaire". I had no idea what a bitcoin was, but the game was pretty

fun. Then my close friend showed me his phone and it said "Blockchain" at the top (his wallet) and a value underneath in BTC. I was confused and he told me that he owns 1/3 of a bitcoin. I was interested and so he

sent me a link to the forum, where I read and learned about the history of bitcoin, what it is, mining, how bitcoin transactions work, trading, gambling, and signature campaigns. I joined a campaign myself a long

with my friend where as we made posts for the campaign, we got to not only earn some bitcoins but learn about them too. That was almost 1 year a go, so I still have a lot of learning to do. But that basically sums it

up.

I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy
My first experience with Bitcoin was when my friend told me that you could earn money from it. I was pretty excited because I was happy to earn some money. When I joined a signature campaign, I was still inexperienced with Bitcoin and was just trying to make money. But along the way, I learnt so many things that I would never have learnt if this forum wasn't here. I then decided to buy a couple of Bitcoins because the price was rising rapidly. It was the best investment of my life. Now I am still posting for a signature campaign and trying to learn even more about Bitcoin.

when I first started to earn bitcoin, I joined a signature campaign even the income was too small. then I tried to post, but a few of my posts were deleted. then my account was banned. I asked my friend what's wrong, then he said that I posted out of topic. then I learned and learned, and finally here I am.

AT first I was not aware with those exchanges from where I was able to buy and sell bitcoin directly with my bank account so at that time I often used to take the help from payment processors and from them I often transfer my money to my bank account so at that time I often pay higher fees to those payment processors.

I discover btc about one year and an half and I didn't know anything about it. But I'm always open in new ideas, that's why I risked and since then I have seen only good and positive results to my life.

My experience is it tested my patience as I'm into faucet that time and remembered they have good bounties on it but now it would totally waste your time if you just manually visit their site. I do HYIP site and the result was all the same they are scam they just put some announcement that they have been hack or something then the bitcoin you invested to them are gone.

That's how almost all scam sites run away. They would say that they were hacked when they just sent all the bitcoins to a dummy address and then to a bitcoin mixer or some website and then to their personal wallet. And because they got "hacked", there's not much questions that can be asked. They will just say that they don't know what happened and who hacked them, etc. basically just lame responses and then after a couple of days, they are completely gone.

Since you had the money to invest in HYIP sites, you should've done altcoin trading instead. It might not give you much profit at first but as you learn, your profit also increases.
