It was really weird experience while i had started bitcoin for first time because, whenever I used to send bitcoin to my friends or any receivers then along with actual payment wallet used to cut fees and at that time I was not aware of transaction fees so at that time i had no knowledge of this and this had irritated me.
Me, I have no ideas about transaction fees because i never paid them when I transfer my bitcoin. I have my account with local exchange sites where I buy and exchange my bitcoin at a lesser price than the current. When I have bought bitcoins, I automatically transfer my bitcoin to certain gambling sites and then back to exchange site from gambling site when I won. It's a cycle that I use to do before, I actually do not have a wallet like in blockchain.

When I started I only knew that there are wallets, addresses, faucets and transactions. I did not know how anything works I thought of it only as free money from faucets. Then after a while, I found this forum and that there are signature campaigns. I was active here and gained a rank and I started monetizing my post, I also did tasks for other members and I still roll like that today.
Your experience is same as my experience, but I had lost my bitcoin because my stupidity,
all of my trading account hacked by hackers because I did not enable 2FA in that account.
Although the amounts is still a little bit, just 0.5 BTC, but it's will be a lesson for me.

I was happy to get even a cent in BTC when I heard about it. What made even that thing impressive for me was the skyrocketing price we saw in 2013, and I thought it won't stop there so I thought that maybe that one cent will turn into dozens of bucks one day. It was a nice experience, even if I don't really have much of that money I earned back them anymore. Cheesy

I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy
Like the others i started bitcoin with just a little knowledge about it. I start to know bitcoin on gambling because then all i know that if you gamble you could earn but it's wrong . When i started using forum like this, i gain more information about bitcoin and how to earn more bitcoin. I knew that the best way to earn bitcoin is here in signature campaign because it's fast and reliable .And i don't consider gambling or mining now to earn because it's a big waste of time. For now i am focusing on my campaign and earning more bitcoins than ever.

Pretty much the same scenario I have under gone though I was redirected from this forum to other forums for side tasks to earn extra bitcoins which I miss because we earned more bitcoins back then when price was trading for less than $700.

I first look for a job when I get to discover bitcoin, I landed to a job that I was promoting a bitcoin related site to forums which I was branded as spammer.  I then learned how to use its wallet and its a pretty great experience because i was making transactions without knowing who is in the other end. When I first using Paypal, I get to know who is in the other end after the transaction is done because real names appear when money is sent and received to the paypal accounts.
in fact when i start using bitcoin it was not too much worth for me as i was unaware of its use. but letter when invested my money in trading alt coin then it was really good experience and after that i start making money from trading alt coin and now i am really too good in trading alt coin and i am really satisfy from my income.

For sure most of us had the same experiences when we were just starting on using and adapting to bitcoin, I am also confused and astounded on how does the bitcoin works, how or why did it considered as a currency and how and why it can be converted into cash . I really wonder on how many things works especilly the bitcoin mining, I am really curious how the miners can mine bitcoins even faucets makes me wonder how they can generate a few satoshis Grin

When I started in bitcoin world, I don't know how to start. How to earn bitcoins and the process of it. First, I played it well in faucets then someone told me that I am just wasting my time in that small amount of bitcents. He introduced bitcointalk to me, this is the reason why he earned lots of money. In my first day, I have a lots of speculations, I don't know to do it. I told to myself, Is this the same way on how you posted it on facebook.

Need some spare btc for a new PC
Starting, somewhat, with bitcoin in late 2013 when the pricce has gone up to 1k$+ the first time was when I've heard about it and I was probably going in with mentality like many other people here. Upon hearing about bitcoin and its price I was thinking "wow, this is amazing" and then I saw faucets I rushed to all of them, taking every faucets in the minute their cooldown expired, until a few days later I've realised that faucets get you nowhere. SO my first experience was a rush of excitement and then a smack of disappointment. Then I gave up on it and returned a couple of months later when I've found this forum and the rest is nothing special.

However, only this forum is best to me.
No doubt that the best way to learn about bitcoin as a new user is this forum is the easiest way to get more info and you can find ways to earn bitcoin as a new user I found out that there other ways to earn bitcoin rather and spending much time farming worthless faucets and I found about signature campaigns, which is the best way to earn.

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
In the beginning, I had a few bad experiences with bitcoin. First I got hacked and went broke. Kept working hard and managed to get a few coins and then came Mintpal and I lost some coins again. And apart from a few HYIPs that made me lose a lot of money... Now, I see that as a learning process and am happy to be able to alert other about this sort of issues
That is heartbreaking, I don't know if could get over so many bad experiences with bitcoin, you have some great confidence in bitcoin to have endured so much, but at least you are still part of the community and will see the great benefits tat bitcoin will eventually bring to us.

In the start I was suggested by someone to start PTC earning with bitcoin but due to its concept of mining and unknown name it was hard for me then I studied about it and then I started to use faucets to earn bitcoins from online after that on these faucets when I started to get more knowledge I came hear and the I started trading of bitcoin.

HAHAHA. Maybe PTC is the first choice most of the people here for joining bitcoin world. But no one can succeed with PTC earning system.I remembered one site, That was Trafficmoonsoon.I have earned about 10USD (payza) from this site.It was the only site that paid me.But it has gone about 7+monthes.
I am also doing the facute mining. But still, now, i cant withdrawn my BTC because of minimum payout Sad

The basic reason why newbies go for PTC sites, faucet sites, and investment site is because it's getting promoted everywhere. You will see some PTC site, ignore it, see it again, ignore it again, and then see it again until you become interested on what that is and why are people posting about it again and again. Most PTC users are even faking their account balance so they can attract referrals. It's not that bad for a source of income if you know how to make people sign up under you. Simply doing the click click thing wouldn't take you somewhere. Referrals is actually the key to most sites that offer affiliate program.

What you are saying is true that even now who are holding good referral system and earning good returns from faucet through referral system. If not it is totally waste of time going for faucet earning.

I was first introduced to bitcoin through earning through faucet only but after some days one more of my friend gave me this forum detail and about how to earn through signature campaign. I am really very much thankfull to him to introduce to me to this forum and now i am earning very good income through bitcoin work

Agree with you, the Referral system is a good way to earning some extra money. But its boring near to me.If you want to join someone new in facute mining, ithen you have to suffer much.So whyI never try to promote rafareel link. However, only this forum is best to me.I have learn many important information by the help of this forume.I also want to say thanks him,who introduce to me to this forum. Initially when i had started bitcoin life people around the web fooled me in every spare of my life. Whenever and wherever I had invested money all went into water as because I was not aware of scam site but Hashocean was a legit site but when i had invested then it ran away. So unfortunate I was and then many other cloud mining site especially Hype site scammed me because of my innocence.

When you're a newbie, everyone wants to scam you because you know very little about bitcoins. People would want to take advantage of your innocence and so they did. You must have never heard of ponzi sites back then and you thought that hash ocean is legit? Same thing happened to me, but in a doubler site. I thought they have some method to double your money in 100 hours. People that I know are investing in doubler sites so I though that it was legit and so I didn't bother to check out what's happening behind all of it. And so I got scammed. Smiley
