There will be en extent of terrorism. Worsening of green house gasses due to number of appearing factories. More electronics that will contribute to worldwide heat index. Mpuntains will yield no trees thre will be more flashfloods occurrence of more tornados. That is what I see the world in 100 years.

 I think that in the future people will be free to move around the whole cosmos and interact with aliens. Also supernatural abilities will be developed.

Many wars and famines will rage all over the world. Sodomites trying to kill all remaining rational humans and most of the Earths resources will be exhausted.

I predict the world in the next 100 years will become fully land, there's no ocean. The antarctic will be filled with humans and it will become a  land occupancy. Meanwhile humans will be facilitated by modern technology which I guess they will become lazy and dumb.

In 100 years everyone will be just in virtual contact , sadly

Is it possible that there is something to assert here a certain
no one knows for sure

so many people focusing on technology.....

what about religion ?

These numbers comes from pew research center and other statistic related organisations.

number of muslim in france was less than 100k in 1950.
number of muslims in france in 2010 was estimated between 4 to 6 millions. thats a 40 fold increase. 4000% if you prefer.
(while the overall population only rose 50% ).

The pew research center has projected in 2050 a total rise of world population by 35%
 while it estimated the rise of islamic population is about 75%.

by 2050 1 in 3 people will be muslim!.

by 2100 1 in 2 to 2 in 3 people will be muslims.

so the world in 2100 will be likely an islamic world, and will obviously fit the muslim culture.
 not the robotic and flying cars bull**** the average futurolog and tech amateur expect to be.

the only two countries in the world with a declining muslim population are China and Myanmar. In every other country the islamic ratio is rising.
those numbers are both taking accounts of birthrate and rising number of conversion to islam.

2100 Globalisation :

globalisation can't be escaped. weither you are for or against doesn't really matter, as transportation systems are gettin cheapers and cheaper decades after decades.
therefore, interracial mixing will be occur more and more, with everybody gettin to any places way faster and easly.

now the question is what if everybody mix ( given it is an hypothesis ).

well asians and white having a declining birthrate their overall population will be half of that it is today. yes whites and asian combined.

now speaking about africa, the biggest continent, have a slightly higer birthrate, and yes it is rising. also by this time they will be more developped  and represent at least half to 2/3 of the world population. so with a bold calculation, you can guess humans of 2100 will overall be "browner" or "blacker".
Their look will be closer to that of the africans than that of asians or whites.

technology in 2100 : the case of china.

technological time pace, is not the same everywhere.

take a look at top500.org website. and look at the rank of supercomputing capabilities.

For your informations, supercomputer are THE master key to science advancement.
from genetics, to aerodynamics, missiles and nuclear weapons, to space engineering, fusion reactors and nano medicine, supercomputers are the most absolute necessity today.

for exemple china hold an overall 35.4% of world supercomputing capabilities.
while UK for exemple only hold 3.8%.

that means everydays, chinese  HPC prodive ten times more results. or at least provide the same results, ten time fasters.

what does it means ?

it means that one year of brute force chinese simulation is equivalent of 10 years of brute force UK simulation.

10 years of chinese simulation being equivalent of a century of UK simulations.

Putting the hypotesis of a perfect efficiency at simulation in both countries, that means by 2020 China will be about a century ahead of UK.

that is if they don't reach the scheduled exascale in time otherwise china will not be going 10 times faster, but 100 times faster.

meaning every chinese computing decades, will be equivalent to a UK 1000 year of research.

Speaking for myself, i'm not kind of a dreamer at all. i just predict things, just like i do with bitcoin, other currencies and events.
Lots of people believe in ideas or are fighting for them. whereas i don't believe in any god, only look at numbers, and witness the fact
numbers are, just as important as ideas. just like the rise of bitcoin and ethereum was predictable,
the rise of a bipolar world with one side being eastern asia, and the other being the islamic world  seems way more realistic than
a fictive world with humans being sent to mars, flying cars and atheism etc.

Predicting reality is not about fantasy and dreams.

Perhaps from here we will have found other living species in the universe, either we will have been exterminated because we represented a threat, or we will have learned a brand new technological knowledge, or is it small molusques without much interest. 

In 100 years time, pollution will be the main problem almost all the nations in the world. Everything will be controlled by robots, cars will fly. Mars will be colonized.

I am sure that after 100 if you do not happen any manmade emergency or nuclear war,and will not be in the game Falaut tactics, the world we know,by the fact that electricity in its modern form as we currently know it,uidet the past,because there are other technologies that are large-scale robotics,genetics,virtual reality is developed,cars will fly,teleport might invent flying to other planets,the colonization of Mars, etc

I think people will start living in another planet and everything will be controlled by robots and technologies.

I tkink most of the population will live in cities on the sea, there will be vertical greenery everywhere, and we will pay in bitcoin.

Oh yes, and all the people on this forum will be dead, except for the few who will have an implanted gene that replaces their cells to infinity.

But i'm wrong sometimes...

A hundred years from now, I think there would be a big change in our world, people might have found he cure for cancer and a solution for global warming. There would be a big change, especially when it comes to technology.

100 years from now, I think cash will be extinct because most of the transactions by that time are done online. Also, there would be a big change in technology, which also affects bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. That is what I think.

The world will be much more technologically advanced.

There will be more robots than humans. Everyone has achieved immortality by transferring their brains in a robotic body or possibly AI are controlling the world and enslave us humans. All I know that it is going to more advanced that what we have now.

I think the world will become urban jungle in 100 years time.

I'm pretty sure you could run a population model that would predict a scenario like that. But fortunately for us population models can't read the future of human development and achievement.

Where'd that come from? You said it with full conviction dude. We can't tell yet and at this point everything is possible. 100years is a long time from now especially that tecnology has evolved way faster in the recent years. That somthing to be excited about as well as something to be afraid of
