world will be polluted more due to uncontrollable behavior of people who cannot think for the environment and can only think for themselves. this is what I hate to humanbeings like me whom on the top of the foodchain and should be the one who manage what is happening on the environment.
We can only try to predict few things, but the accuracy of of the prediction of how the world would look like in the next 100 years can't be totally exact.
Reason being that one could either overestimate or underestimate in some projection.
However interestingly, I have been wondering what would be happening in the area of mobile technology, medical science and cloud computing, to mention but a few.
If in less than some 20 years ago or thereabout, internet has brought about one of the greatest technology revolutions within a space of 2 decades, we should anticipate more inventions or technologies almost larger than life itself. What the world would look like in the next 100 years is actually above my mind for now.

I think among these things that you've listed, only numbers 3 and 4 have a chance to become reality. Religion will never be gone. It may take more than 100years before we achieve knowledge to realistically consider interstellar travel and immortality i think is impossible whatever scientific progress we get. Death will always be constant

I think everything will be possible after 100 years.The human being will be lives on another planet.Everything will happen like movies.We can't think that will happen.
Setting up colonies in other planets is a very expensive process. Even if the technology advances at a rate beyond our expectation, I really doubt whether we will be able to afford more than 100 or 200 people living in the other planets. Space travel is also very expensive and one time ticket may cost the equivalent of the annual budget of some third world nations.
It's difficult to imagine this 
No one really knows. But if I would think about it, Iwould say that by that time, there would be more new technologies and life would be better or easier. However, our nature may not be in good shape if we will not start taking care of it today.
Technology will grow rapidly by providing comfort for human life, but in follow also with pollution that will damage the ecosystems on the surface of the earth, and also the population of the world increased. This is my opinion about the world 100 years ahead

We didn't know if it still have a 100years or the earth is still alive from that year but if i think on how the world is after a 100 years pass by, i think i'm dead for that years lol. Maybe there is something happen to earth that change for every people who live in the earth. It is posible that another creature is go in the earth and live the same on people. That so exciting if its happen to that 100 years.

dont be so naive. in 100years it is the same as world as universe and maybe in 100 years new technologies must work up and up. What will happen?

reading the comments I begin to understand how hard future awaits us despite the abundance of new technologies and the development of the economy...indeed there will probably be problems with food and health...and in general with the possibility of a safe life on this planet

Does it really matter for us living now on what would be the world be like in the next 100 years? Definitely we will not be there to witness what it would be like (well that depends if one of us will discover the fountain of youth). What matters now is for us to prepare our kids for the future and for them to survive and see what the world would be like in the next 100 years. What will happen?

In 100 years. The gap between rich and poor people will further increase. The United States will no longer be the first power in the world. Obesity will have gained more countries. We will see more the effects of climatic warming elephants, polar bears,panda etc have disappeared. Many of the fish we eat now will be gone too. Will we have found a cure for fighting cancer ? There will not be enough beef to eat so we will eat insects to get the protein we need.
If we find a cure for cancer, then some other disease will appear. As a result of the global warming, the Arctic permafrost is thawing. And during this process, harmful bacteria and viruses which have been confined underground for many tens of thousands of years are being released in to the open air.
