ETH wasn't hacked so why would you sell. If price falls then you buy more.
well dao was hacked that is based on eth and the developer is planning to take such actions that will make eth not a decentralized currency so people would have some arguments why to sell it

if ethereum will survive i will sell it all without even thinking in my opinion because bitcoin has no future in my opinion, i hope that he only good currency will be bitcoin in the future

ETH wasn't hacked so why would you sell. If price falls then you buy more.

ETH is good for smart contracts; what good are smart contracts if you have to trust trusted curators to vet the code for you? And they still fuck it up?

ETH is good mining with a gpu then  for converting to btc so very simply Intel Amd and nividia all have an interest in propping up its price.

Other major companies such as dell and its Alienware pcs have an interest.

Any major gaming pc company has a vested interest in keeping eth coin a float as long as it only mines it with gpus.

All eth coin market cap was over 1.5 bill   Now about 1 billion .

But to raise price back up some steady purchases from major companies are simply advertising and rebates for their products.

I see the coin moving back up in price quote a bit.

Ask yourself is btc a successful way to move money via transaction answer no..

Btc has 1.4ph to do less then three million transactions a day.

I need to check that but. I think it is close.

Note it is close to 3,000,000 transactions a day it is 300,000

So this means if you have a s-7 it will do 1 transaction per day.

If you have an s-9 it will do 3 transactions a day

So btc is a fail as a transaction mover.  And eth coin is a fail as a contract mover.

Translation for all this all works because we want it to.

Tulips worked for quite a while back in its day.

I did not vote since I will continue to mine it and may buy some with my btc.  Rather then sell it to get btc.

Today i still hold my ethereum because for me price of ethereum is just fluctuating and it is normal. Even if there are problems with the network. I think everything will be fine.

When Rootstock will come out, Ethereum will have no chance to compete with Bitcoin.

We shall see, I don't see why they can't co-exist like gold and oil do among commodities.
Those who waited just a couple of days ago for multiple hours for btc transactions to settle might appreciate settling in about a minute or two.
I think that this feature is awesome, apart from the fast rise of the blockchain size.

It is a good competitive coinso why not let it stay. I dont think it will be easily dropped also. Have been strong for a long way and many people are now supporting it. If it survive then buying more will be a good idea. But for now I will focus on bitcoin and just leave some funds in Ethereum.

ETH is being kicked HARD in the balls and it's bones are being picked at. Noob accounts are being created by established community members to join in the ETH lynching fun. People are shouting at ETH straight in the face. I don't know if I've ever seen such a feeding frenzy on BCT.

There's nothing like a bit of camaraderie. And there's nothing like even a little bit of camaraderie in crypto!

Pages and pages of relish at the death of ETH which might have the same effect on crypto as the MtGox fiasco. It might set us all back months, if not years. But no-one seems to care about that right now. It's too much fun hunkering down on it.

But what will y'all do if ETH survives?? (apart from getting very very angry!)

I voted "meh." I dumped all of my DAO tokens on Monday along with the few wei of ETH that I had for fuel. I did the transfer wrong, so I have a few wei left of ETH, but my Mist wallet is closed. Not running a node anymore to hog up my valuable hard disk space.
If ETH survives, the only way that I can see me getting back into it, is if someone manages to come out with a DAPP or smart contract that is absolutely fabulous and proven secure. I'm not participating in any more multi-million dollar "experiments." Maybe I can convince my pet to participate.

What you mean? Of course Ethereum will survive. After Vitalik forks me, we will move to a beautiful beach somewhere in a tax haven and live happily ever after.
