because both are important but more important is a great idea, it's useless to use large capital if used by people who are not smart

I think that both factors are very important. Many good ideas remained unfulfilled due to lack of budget. And also a lot of bad ideas became successful due to good funding. It is sad but very difficult to implement a project without capital. This is possible but difficult.

The harsh truth is that big capital is always important if you want to make something big from your business. You will be able to implement your big idea properly only if you have a big capital. It also depends on the type of business you are planning to undertake. For instance, a business involving heavy engineering machines, huge infrastructure, will require big capital but a fashion designing business will need better ideas and innovations than a really big capital. Business that small or big, capital must be there.Capital is not a great fact,operate is a big challange hete.there are a proverb there,one lagre is created by many of small portion.Similarly I think in business case start from small to reach the big destination is suitable.In it increase brave,intelligent and knowledge etc.In many cases small capitalization can be achieved by making big profits,but sometime big capital without perfect idea can't achieved a small profit or success in life.so I think big idea can bring success in life.

It should be both required mate because if you don't have a big idea but you have a Capital its usesless and its going to be bankrupt whatever business you wanted to start. It should have both to make your business become successful and long last.
The very reason of ICO is to get funds for the project, meaning the developers have only an idea, it depends on the idea itself if the business will succeed or not. As the qoute goes, do what ever you want, money follows.

I didn't read the whole thread but it should be as clear as day that in today's world where capital is abundant, the limiting factor is indeed a worthy idea. If you really have a big idea, as you call it, you will always be able to find enough capital to fund its development and application. With crypto and crowdfunding, it has become a trivial task actually. You just need that idea which will fire enthusiasm in people who will believe in it and give you money to make it a reality.

Big capital is the very important when you start doing business, if you don't have enough money you're ideas will be useless because it won't work if this thing can't be provided. So if you do like business then you need to make a plans with it before you go and start for this work. So this suggestion will help you to make it good work.
Let's be real here. The number of people that can have a big capital is being outweighed by the people who don't have the means to have enough to support their ideas. Yes, you can start a business with the big sum of capital you have but if you can't think of a good way to make the most out of your business then you should not expect that your business will be successful as you hope it would be. For me, it is better to have a big idea and having a small capital to start with because I can earn more that can suffice my business needs.

For me the most important when starting a business is big idea and big plan because starting a business is not easy if you have a alot of capital and you dont know how to manage it nothing will happen your money will become ash, better to build a strong plan and idea before starting a business.However, it will be difficult to generate a big idea and big and strong plans without knowing exactly how much capital you need. Not knowing your capital or the amount you can spend on will limit all of your ideas since it will be quite impossible to do somethings o grand and big without the fund. Example of there are the ICO's that are just labeled as scam in the end. Most ICO's starts as great ideas, that is why they promote their project, to gain sponsorship/investors and funds. However, when their soft cap is not reached or if they didn't accumulate enough money, they end up exiting their project or abandoning the projects just because there's no money to support their "big and great" ideas. In the end, they will all be labeled as just scam, even though they don't really want to. That's why, I think the capitals plays a greater role when it comes to business.

I think, big idea is more important. How would you use all of your capital if your ideas are not well planned. It will just put you in vain at the end. Big ideas are what gives life to the business, and the capital for me comes only after those ideas are formed accordingly.
I'd say yes to your opinion mate that big idea is more important than having a big capital when starting a business. Having a big capital without that big idea on what business to start with can be useless. I know a friend who started a business with only a small amount of capital invested and because of his fruitful ideas he manage it well and was able expand his business to cater the growing number of customers. Well, you don't always need a big capital to start up a bussiness. I never say that big capital isn't important. Big capital only help you to make your idea bigger and better. So big idea is the main star for starting up a bussiness.
Here's the deal, given that your idea is unique. From where will you start with just a small capital? It's very rare to see businesses succeed from the ground without any support or being backup by investors. Do you really think it's very easy to convince people nowadays? Think again as you might reconsider gathering resources first rather laid out your idea. I'm just putting up this discussion from a businessman point of view.

Both Big Idea and Big Capital are important in putting up the business. Big Capital is very important when the business that you want to put up is so big because putting out the business is not easy, you can encounter different things and make sure that no matter what happened you will accept it. But for me, it is better to start a small business rather than big business to know if the business you put up is successful or not then if it successful, make it big and add more idea to make it more successful than before.

What is big idea without big capital? You have to have both in order to succeed. They both go hand in hand. In other words if you uave big capital without any idea of how to use it in getting more in the futrue then the person is in for a great loss.

The idea comes first, when creating a business or product we have to make a concept, design and planning to make the business grow and the product to be more successful. Just like for making an ICO it all comes up with the idea before putting up the capital. Having such a huge capital doesn't always win a business but it has an edge for a funding but a good funding with a bad business concept does not work. So both a good idea and an ample capital should coupled together.

You can be very successful with a business plan that has already been implemented. You don't necessarily need to be original, or disruptive. You can have a great success opening a hair salon, or a bakery!
In the same idea, having a lot of money to start can help, of course. But it is not necessary. You can start without money of your own.
For me, definitely, the most important is to start with a network. To be able to rely on your relatives. Because with people around you, believing in your project, you will be able to share ideas and maybe even get some money... Everything can be done, as long as you can truly rely on people around you! This is also why the biggest business schools sell their network above all!

Definitely Big Capital, Because if you have big capital then you have no problem to start any business. But on the other side, if you have big idea and your hands are empty then how could you start a business? and in this way your big Idea will not useful for you.
Every business start for a capital, your hand working and skills make your business huge. Also it is not necessary that every business need BIG Capital but need capital even it is small amount.

Big ideas and big capital are both very important in starting a business. I think it's more important big idea than big capital. Many people say that a successful person starts from a person's head or idea. We start a business with such a brilliant Idea and start from the makeshift capital, with a hard effort I'm sure will grow even though the profit is still small. Then we look for work relationships with relatives or friends, this does not rule out, this will increase capital and enlarge your business. So the main thing in business in my opinion is a great idea and a good working relationship.
