I really agree with what you say, back off to get a very far leap. maybe now the price of bitcoin is cheap but in the next few months maybe we will see the price of bitcoin will jump very high.

So far it looks like it's going to keep going down, and there's a big difference between this bear market and the previous one, and this is a bear market of its own choosing.

I don't think it comes down to ETF. I think it comes down to whether or not there is a major bull run ('moon') in December. If there isn't, then I expect confidence in Bitcoin to reduce dramatically. The price might then reduce to closer to the fundamental value of Bitcoin, which I suspect is a lot less than what it is selling for now.

Yeah right. those who are trying to recover or wanted to lessen their loses are now cashing out, not really sure what would be the next pattern
to follow in order to gain something inside the volatile market like this, if you are a believer then buying is very essential but if you are just
riding with it better to wait for some time.

I'm not sure that anything like all of those who were avoiding losses are cashing out. I think there is a significant population of hodlers, even among those who bought in at a higher value and are currently in the red.

Yes there are still a lot of people who are currently holding their coins when the market price is dumping because they are well knowledgeable about the market and they know that it will grow even more in the future.
They are wise enough to think like that because all we need at this stage and to go out of these situations is to buy more and to hold tightly that will enable the market price to activate and follow the increase trend. As long as we are selling in low market the price of Bitcoin will fall again and will not encourage or activate it to go high so follow the solution for it and invest more.

Well in general, the market's situation right isn't one to make you think about profit. I mean, yeah it's acceptable to think about minimizing your losses, but why minimize your loss when you have a chance to gain simply by continuing what you've done for most of the year which is to hold tight?

Better if you buy more bitcoin now and you will earn a lot of profit. But in reality we don't know what is the next of the bitcoin if the price are going to down or to pump depends to us because we are buying and selling bitcoin.
For those who may be going long and would not bother if the market get to tank further and just hold on tight may do so at this price as it is not a bad bargain anyway. However, there is every possibility that the market could still go lower as it is until further notice. No one knows how the market will be playing out eventually but what we know is that for those who are picking the bottom and more bottom will always reap the best benefit in the long run anyway, and isn't that what counts?

Actual condition of bitcoin price is little bit worse because the prices were falling everyday by a bit,but it seems like we didn't hit the bottom yet since we are waiting for the approval of ETF from CBOE but I read somewhere that CBOE also going to reject the ETF application which may cause more price fall to the bitcoin.

There will be a need to more good news and acceptance by many countries before it pumps again. Like what happened last year, today there are things that considered in crypto that makes it complicated to pump.
Losing a lot of confidence in the crypto market will make it even harder to pump again in the near future. But if the ETF goes back well, I'm sure the market will recover soon. I have also read several articles that say this decline was due to something like that. There is no need to rush to buy for situations like this, because I personally believe prices will still go down again, if buying too fast it will only make you panic and worry, so wait until there is good news someday.

the prices are not everything in here, maybe we all need some more time until we can declare that bitcoin is not good, but in my opinion, everything is more than good now

Bitcoins price is uncertain and the current market doesn't guarantee investing with all your capital on bitcoins. Until the bearish stops there isn't any hope for bitcoins. Bitcoins can be trading around 2000 USD by the end of the year if the same trends continues.

Well firstly it will be so well known that people will actually spell it correctly and it will known as bitcoin rather than bit coin. After that, it will be widely accepted everywhere around the world as a global currency.

Yes ETF can put the prices back high and it can have a positive affect on whole market of crypto too.

Etf is one of the reason why the market prices are dropping today, there are price manipulators who are creating fake negative speculations in order for the market price to drop so they can take advantage of the price while it was low today.

We all wanted the price to go and hit another all-time-high but unlikely that its going to happen in 2018. All indicators lead to a prolong bearish market.
I honestly don't want to see another all time high any time soon. I prefer to see the market bottom out properly first, otherwise we'll keep jumping up and down and eventually tank deep below the $6000 mark.

If you keep testing the same main support levels over and over again, eventually they'll break. By itself consistently testing the lower side of the support isn't indicating that we're ready for more growth.

It only points out that the demand above $6000 is no longer there. People just need to accept the market as it is and stop desperately hoping for a miraculous bull run that won't happen.

Take a break or do something else that's productive.

As we have witnessed one more huge price drop in but coin and we are having a rough ride ups and downs, where is it leading to? Is it like taking few steps back before making a long jump? I believe so and what what about your opinion guys?

Its always like that, making two step backward and then one step forward. Obviously, we might be expecting that long jump, might not be around this year, but I'm sure its going to happen. I only issue is perhaps people can't really take what they are witnessing today and still on the December 2017 moment. This is all a eye opener for everyone but you have to take it in stride. We all wanted the price to go and hit another all-time-high but unlikely that its going to happen in 2018. All indicators lead to a prolong bearish market.

This is just like a game of whose will gonna lose patience and those brave one will get their rewards once the market bounce back. It's still bumpy roads to climb higher as it needs to regroup again and make a surprise run. Let just have more patience to wait for the bull run. Don't lose hope, bitcoin is still doing well even in a bearish market.

Honestly where will the current price leads to isn't my concern right now. My purpose is to hold so I never stressing myself to watched closely the price.

Current price is still "tolerable" for me at least on my current view. Also Im not considering the current price movement as alarming.

So for me, just go with the flow. If price went down more, so be it. If price went up then good. We already know the risks we are facing here.

I think bitcoin will start growing next month very much after ETF. The best now is to hold your bitcoins guys and not sell so low. I'm sure you will not be sorry if not sell now.
