This is an old thread though, but come to think of it, who is discussing anything about ICOs again? No one, which means they are dead and long forgotten, with just little purpose achieved. Nowadays IEO looks better although the hype is gradually dying as well, but yet IEO on top exchanges are far better since most IEOs on smaller exchanges looks questionable and in some cases results to scams. Nevertheless, in my utmost opinion, whether IEO or ICO the main idea is to concentrate on the team and the project, this is to make sure you are investing in a good project such that even if a price dump occurs there will also be room for price increase, not in cases where the price will dump and the team will dump the project as well.

Personally, I do not know how to choose a good ico , so I always read reviews , reviews ,comments .and only then choose the project
