And now I'm talking about people who already aware of bitcoin and how it works but still not using it.

The price is now pretty much stable for more then a year, security issues are out of the question - so why we can't see in 2015 more companies switching to it, especially considering the unstable condition of moden economy?

idont think they will stop using bitcoin specially when the bitcoin price will go rise more . but the reason you will stop using bitcoin when your multiple times got scammed and lost more money just the only reason to stop using it or bitcoin will going to dead.

Indeed. One of the possible reason is the fear to volatility of bitcoin. Some find it uncomfortable to put their money a coin that is not so stable enought and might had a chance to lose their coins.

Yes and that is what is needed to be changed. If that attitude will be passed on to different people then its going to get harder to pursue them to join us. We need more people to get hooked in bitcoin. Its popularity will have an impact in the future.

I think it's fair when bitcoin preached ugly things from the media and then many users are not interested in bitcoin. it is a natural thing from the people themselves to protect themselve to improve the image bitcoin surely we must do advertising in tv or other media so that the image bitcoin be good

I know what you mean. I too find myself in the perturbation when listening from the ignorant people that Bitcoin is allegedly a pyramid scheme.
What is the reason for such reasoning? It's just propaganda on television. People used to believe in all that nonsense TV broadcasts. And we know how banks and governments are afraid of Bitcoin. At least in my country.

I think that BTC is still a relatively young currency. It takes time for people to collectively build up enough trust in a currency. It probably takes about 10 or more years for this to happen. I think that if our current global financial crisis continues to worsen, more and more people will turn to bitcoin. As a forex trader I can attest that BTC/USD is already a viable trading option even though it is less liquid than the other currencies. There are so many advantages of BTC over the USD that I don't see why it wouldn't continue to increase in value.

Also, even when BTC reaches its maximum volume, BTC subdivision will continue and miners will be rewarded via transaction fees in a highly competitive market.

People with that mindset surely despise bitcoins. They can't understand it, so their instinct is to hate it. Whenever you open up the topic bitcoins to someone who have read somewhere that a scam was done with bitcoins, they will just share that story and spread the hate that he has to other non-bitcoin people. We can't blame them, no matter how you feed positive things to a person, he will always think of the negative ones in his mind. It is hard to change somebody else's mindset.

well then nothing stops them, they just decide not to use it according to you, though there are some cases when people dont use it because it is banned by the governments and they cannot do that

I'm currently in vacation in Zimbabwe; its a developing country and it doesnt seem that anyone i come across would know about Bitcoin, not even the tour guides. It appears most people are too focused on their countries economics and politics to worry about accepting a new currency into the system. Since they aren't to sure about Bitcoin; they would want any more trouble than they have when they are already suffering with a greatly devalued currency.

Yeah, well, people don't realise the potential that bitcoin has. They think that it is just another online currency like liberty reserve that is used by criminals and doomed to collapse.

While this is, not the truth at all.

To be honest, way back in early 2014, I never really saw the potention that bitcoin has. Infact, you could say that I lost hope since I saw the dramatic price drop from back then. I nearly didn't even give a single thought of ever going to lookup at bitcoin again but that was then. I trust bitcoin now because it's never been healthier.

That kind of people is lazy. I can't imagine those people that just stopped using bitcoin because they didn't understand even the basics of bitcoin. I can't considered that as big deal or big reason for people to stop using bitcoin.

Just a little push more to study and understand what bitcoin really is will make them to get back on their bitcoin journey.

Most of the time people are not using or stopping using bitcoin simply because in some countries it is not accepted to use it and also there are country that is keeping. And holding a bitcoin is illegal and some other people just ignored it because they don't understand what is bitcoin .

I think bitcoin video can help only for those who illeterate in computer to know what is bitcoin but how about people are not always online?
So i think it may help if they comercial bitcoin to tV..
So that bitcoin will be more impressions and you can get some or more bitcoin users..
Honestly this is not the only reason why people are not using bitcoin or stop using bitcoin they are just afraid about scam. because they heard many people are scam online..

According to me first, is our country government and next some casinos. Yes in my homeland Bitcoin is illegal currency we can not use this directly. And nowadays all casino's are creating their own currencies. So now count of the Bitcoin users is going down.

there is a video title "what is bitcoin" at youtube and i think it have everything one need to know to get what is bitcoin and it isnot any rocket science from your childhood you learn how to use money and bitcoin is money

Some people never heard about bitcoin because of no electricity or internet connection in their places. not all people are fortunate to have gadgets to use to surf online. i guess that is one of the problem because they have no knowledge regarding bitcoin.

Lack of knowledge is the major problem for people not using bitcoin, if they have never heard about it then we cannot expect them to start using bitcoins.

The problem that people are facing is lack of knowledge about how bitcoin works. They think that it has been tied to illegal activities and I think that they are missing a wonderful opportunity in their life.
