The biggest shift I have ever worked was 11 hours.
I always tried to finish my tasks on time or try to allocate the spending time to different days. This is the reason why the longest shift is 11 hours. If I would have done different allocation (not that good) I would be one as you did 12 and 14 hours swifts.

Oh wow, that's really a long tiring day lol. Hopefully you had an awesome sleep that night Tongue for me, I worked maximum of 12 hours from 6 am to 6 pm as a manager managing some works of clients. I was dreading every minute of it lol. And got only two breaks.

My longest shift was 21h, as far as I remember (8h was the normal shift, 1h of lunch break and 12h of overtime - including overnight).

However, several years I had periods of 3-4 consecutive months when I was working from Monday to Friday between 9AM-10PM and each weekend 8h/day.

So far, in ~13.5 years at the same company I achieved 5261h of overtime which, in normal time (~170 working hours per month) mean 30.94 months extra -- almost 2 years and 7 months of overtime.

I can't believe it sometimes...

- Edit: oh, and I forgot to mention - these were only the paid hours, those officialy counted. Besides them I have spent other hundreds of hours of overtime from dedication Smiley.

When I was still working in an electronics company the longest shift I have worked for is 16 hours, this is everytime we change from night to morning shift.

I remember our manager is too strict that if you dont comply you will receive a disciplinary action.

well I remember once I stayed at work for 2 entire days and slept there for 4 hours only to wake up and continue on the project which we finished only 5 hours before the deadline and avoided a penalty for the company

When I was younger and got into a laborer job. I used to work 8am - 12MN.

Yes, that's midnight and OT was included but the wage was under minimum and I didn't stayed there for a long time since by body gave up. I worked there just for a week.

I worked a 14 hour shift 8am-10pm
actually not a shift but only a emergency at work that we need to work 16 hours a day for at least 2 weeks and 5 days.

that is the longest working day for me and also tiring and stressful.

that is why after that emergency and everything comes good?i took a long vacation of 1 week and go somewhere out of the city to relax and rest.
