Currently I have waited 3 hour 
I don't do a lot of transaction to be honest , but most of them gets confirmed very fast in about 15-30mn max .
I guess I'am simply lucky

I would somewhat doubt this unless you very rarely ever send any transactions. Although the average time between blocks it targeted to be 10 minutes, it is not uncommon to have even an hour between blocks and much more commonly for it to be 30 minutes between individual blocks. Even if you had all of your transactions included in exactly the next block that was found after it was transmitted to the network, it would still be expected that you need to wait more then 15 minutes to have a tx confirm at least one timeIt never took longer than 15 minutes for me

Though it is true i do very less transaction , i do them each week and i never get that problem and sometimes when i really need to get it fast , i just increase the fee a little and my transaction is accepted fast
Though most of the times for simple transaction i pay the same fee i.e. 0.0001 btc and i get confirmation quite fast in 10-15 minutes

I once tried to get my money in cryptsy and took like 1 entire day.
I have 3 days without fees and then coins back in my account which was very good for me because I was sure I lost all in this experience

Just had an instance yesterday, when I had to wait for an hour for my transaction to confirm.
Does feel terrible at times.

The longest I have ever had to wait was around 2 hours.
It was a +3BTC transaction with 0.0001BTC fee, but it had medium priority.

none of my "fee included" transactions ever take me more than minutes to confirm. the longest i had to wait for 1 confirmation is something less than an hour 
My record was about two times two weeks which was 4 weeks. First time it didn't even confirm at all. It was a monster sized transaction and I didn't pay any fees 
Because these temporary stuck BTC were almost worthless I didn't care to wait that long.

i always pay transaction fee, so i wouldn't have to wait long, but when im recieving there was always like 1-3 hours waiting time.
its not a long period to wait either, dont know why people complain about it, when you make international transfer u often wait for days..
