When the Coine bot told me to buy some bitcoin, I bought 16 BTC. I was tempted to Gamble, and I gave in. So I ended up selling 13 BTC after the price of bitcoin went up $80. Well, I made a little profit. Imagine how much I would have made if I didn't gamble...

Crypto Swap Exchange
1 BTCitcoin and it was at $200+ only back then. Most banks get alerted when sudden flow of cash gets deposited into users account (normally there's a limit that differs for each country). But there's another rules that given the work you have (real one), they check and if you earn in the same range normally (even if you don't say from where you got it), they won't suspends your bank account (assuming your wage is really above the limit in a normal basis).

not much, 15-16 but not in one time because the exchange has a limit per day, but we can say that i did it in the same volley of payment

actually it was not for my personal purpose to dump, it was a loan for my family, a emergency we can say....

600.. but that was when bitcoin was only a few dollar each

im not bothered i still have more than i sold.

if you move over $10k in on lump or consecutive lumps in a short period of sameday-same week. expect banks to question it.
if you use localbitcoins/OTC expect some people to make a complaint to their bank and thus your bank in attempt to do the bank reversal (aka chargeback scamming)

your best bet is to pre-inform your bank that you are receiving funds and that it is coming from a legitimate company. that way they have less questions to ask or presume its dodgy instantly.

and successfully converted it to USD?

I'm afraid to convert too many at one time since I was reading some reddit post about how their bank closed their account after they received so much money. I think guy sold around 50 BTC at one time, which isn't even that much.
