Personally, I think Ethereum is my favorite crypto coin for gambling considering how fast you can easily make transactions in smaller units as compared to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. With Ethereum, transactions as low as $2 can be made without difficulties as compared to other crypto coin. I think there are other crypto coins that also permit smaller transactions but personally I prefer using Ethereum to gamble rather than the other coins..
maybe ethereum is still too expensive when used for gambling currencies, I prefer alternative coins that have cheaper prices such as doge, TRX or XLM, by using these three alternative coins it is still possible to get a lot of profit and minimize losses. when you make a withdrawal then using 3 alternative coins also have a very cheap and fast cost.

The giveaway rains and spending in more digits make the DOGE valuable for gambling platforms but Tron slowly replaces it, IMHO. LTC is still my best preference because of the cheap transaction fees and fewer digits. At least, I don't use a calculator after winning big amounts in slots if you got what I mean.

There are many smart contract platforms out there on the market each with their unique features and use cases for the mainstream world. There are many exciting gambling dApps out there on the Blockchain, that are too hard to ignore these days. Reasons for the choice :
1. More diversity
2. Can choose from a variety of sites
3. Most online crypto casinos actually have Bitcoins 110%
4. Sending and receiving fee is actually very high and therefore sometimes I just make sure the deposit is good enough for a couple of weeks

Other gamblers think that it's not acceptable to pay the fee if they think it's too much. Another benefit of using these two cryptocurrencies is that their USD value is less volatile to others plus the transaction time is fast.

If the game takes place on the blockchain, then something faster is needed (this is theoretical reasoning, I do not play such games), something like EOS.
Agree to it, ETH is very fast, more reliable, and less expensive. That's the reason most of the online casinos are using ETH as payment because of the fast transaction. But sometimes, most of the gamblers are still using BTC in the gambling platforms and some are using ETH for safety and secured transactions, sadly that some of the gambling platforms do not accept ETH or any altcoins. So ETH is much more reliable when it comes to payment and it is the recommended alternative to be used.
Hmm ... I thought such platforms no longer exist. This model is quite strange since altcoins are already an integral part of the crypto economy. I think such platforms will either change or disappear because a modern person cannot wait a couple of hours to make sure that the payment has been completed to start the game.
I always found doge the best for gambling purposes. Low value, fast and there are simply too many of them. It is so cheap when you run out of doge, you can always find some more.
